Outdoor sessions also available in Mill Hill Park, Victoria park and Parliament Hill. Making Fitness Fun, Onifit was created to help people break bad habits and try to influence good ones in an enjoyable way.

Had a great time working out with Ros! He is a brilliant personal trainer with a lot of knowledge in fitness and nutrition. He gave me some useful tips on how to improve my diet and how to train effectively. The personal training session was fun and engaging, he motivated me and pushed me just as much as I needed.
