Connor replaced the hard drive of my laptop that stopped working due to a fall and it's as good as brand new now, and as he suggested an ssd it's now faster than ever! I recently used OneTouch Services for some email and operating issues. Chris was so friendly and helpful. In the past I have always been a bit unsure about contacting companies for help with computer problems as they talk in 'Jargon' that I did not understand. As a result I felt foolish for not comprehending what they were saying. However, Chris was not like this at all. He explained everything in language that I could understand and not 'Teckie' talk!. He was efficient , knows what he is doing and quickly put me back on track with accessing emails etc. Furthermore, the cost was reasonable.I would highly recommend Chris and One touch services and will definitely use them again. Had to replace my laptop's fan as it was making an extremley loud noise.Took it to two other repair shops and explained to them that I needed to replace my fan, both took my laptop for a week only to tell me they did not do replacements. At OneTouchServices they promised me they would check my laptop, see if my fan needed to be replaced, order the spare part and replace it, all in one week. They delivered, and were extremly friendly through out the whole process.If you want your laptop to be handled by people who know what they are doing, who are friendly, and with reasonable pricing, then come to this shop.
