One life here in Newnan Ga is great rejoined in January 2019 weighed 360lbs walking with crutches today I am healthy 230lbs and in no pain the management at the sports club not the large one is helpful and gave great advice along the way and since coming back I have met many friends sharing my transformation thanks again for hiring the best staff

Today I counted myself out of a workout half way through, but because of Amanda (an amazing couch who was there for her OWN workout) she kept me in the workout pushing myself till it was done! A big shout out to Onelife! Last week we were visiting from upstate New York and wanted to find a facility that offered more than the pathetic fitness option offered at our hotel. We googled fitness facilities in Virginia, made a couple of phone calls and Onelife welcomed us ... oh, and allowed us to work out at no charge! The facility was amazing - offering all levels of workout options and the staff was incredibly welcoming, helpful and supportive. Was really excited to join this gym.It had all of the amenities that I was looking for. Went for a tour a couple of days ago. The facilities are very clean, and the gym is very spacious. Unfortunately, when I went to sign up today, the prices have gone up. Instead of a $39.00 sign up fee, it is now a $150 dollar sign up fee with a $60 cancellation fee if you choose to terminate your membership. I hope that this is a temporary hike. I will just have to wait to join :(Update: The team reached out and asked me to come back in. I am now a member of this gym. Overall the gym is really nice. The spa has been broken twice now during my visits. The sauna seems to vary in temperature. The locker rooms are very clean. The one improvement I would like to see is with the staff. They could do a better job of greeting and saying goodbye to those that walk in or leave the gym. I will update this post again around a month from now. More...

Good afternoon, Yesterday, while working out at RedMill, I injured my back while lifting. Your staff was quick and responsive; displayed the utmost professionalism. I am aware they were simply doing their job, but in my opinion, they went above and beyond the new human standard. Please do what you can to give them the recognition they deserve. Also, they did not only give me the support I needed personally. The manager and staff kept my wife calm and assisted her in caring for our two children, one of which was in the kids club at the time of the accident. Their unquestionable empathy and experience ensured my safe and calm transfer to health care professionals and may have prevented further injury. I commend them for their job well done. Love, love, love this gym. Never have I stuck with a workout routine, but this one keeps me coming back! The CHILD CARE is the main reason I love this gym so much. .. my daughter loves going as much as I do. Their machines, class schedule, locker rooms, gym layout overall is all Top Notch. Even when busy, it never feels too crowded. If I had to pick one thing to nit-pick.. the tanning bed rooms get WAYYY TOO HOTT. The fans on the tanning beds don't work well and only one room has an extra fan. They definitely need more air circulation. I now see why regular tanning bed locations have the open ceiling concept. I give Onelife 3.5 stars. They would have a 5 star rating from me, IF “family swim hours” were available to “families” during the day. Sadly if you have a child and can not make it to the pool between 3:00pm- 7:00pm you are NOT welcome. Not every family’s schedule is the same. The fact that children are not permitted to practice swimming laps, with direct parental supervision, in a private lane,(minding their own business), is just discriminatory. Private lanes are made available to adult swimmers even durning “family swim” and the same should be made available for individuals who want to exercise and enjoy the pool with their children in tow. That being said the facility is clean, organized, and group classes are offered very regularly. The pool hours for families with children however....definitely not ideal at the North Frederick location. I was excited to teach my son to swim at Onelife Fitness...but with the limited hours of 3:00pm-7:00pm, we would be forced to either skip dinner.. OR nap time just to make the cut. That’s not happening for us. My son and I are disappointed for sure. ☹️ He was loving the pool before we were asked to leave. The water soothes my son so much that he falls asleep in my arms after we swim (as shown in the attached photo of us...in the EMPTY pool we were asked NOT to return to unless family swim was happening) More...

Beautiful gym. Kids club staff has been very nice and friendly. Great classes offered. It can get quite crowded in the gym and in the kids club at specific times. I try to avoid those times when at all possible. Makes it difficult to do what you want to do and my children do not enjoy the kids club when it is that busy. I also look forward to them maybe opening the splash pad? Not sure what's going on with that. I also look forward to them adding a few more activities in the kids club for older kids. More...

Great gym , great staff, and the child care team take the cake. I do find it hard to play basketball due to people always playing full court. Im not sure if there are designated times or not. I pay a membership to use all the facilities and I find it difficult just to shoot around on the courts. If its a certain time to play full court than fine but if not that needs to change. What if I started a water polo team and just took over the pool . I will inquire with in. More...

I wish they didn't charge on top of the membership for the FHIIT classes but I get it . Excellent gym, Ive had memberships to several of the bigger gyms around the area and this by far is the nicest. This gym has equipment for any type of fitness program you do. They have artificial tuft areas inside and out. They have a pool, hot tub, basket ball court, weight machines, free weights, sauna . They have more then I’ve even listed. This place is where it's at. Brand new facility, very well lit and open, has amazing outdoor and indoor functional training area including turf, also includes several Olympic weightlifting platforms. This place is fully up-to-date with all the latest fitness equipment including Rogue, and it's all for $30 a month. You can't bet that with a stick. Man! Came in for a tour today because my girlfriend and I pass this place so much on the road. It’s an amazing environment filled with every gym lovers and beginners needs. I really like this gym! We had signed up at the Woodstock LA Fitness when we decided to start working out to improve our health, and it was okay, but the kids club was never great and it was pretty far away from our house. This Holly Springs location is super convenient! It's right near the 575 Sixes Road exit, it has good hours, and so far our daughter had lived the kids club! They seem to have activities planned and gave more thought to use of space to let different aged kids have separate areas. It is also the same people most of the time, as opposed to LA where we only ever really knew one of the workers. The check in/out for kids is still a bit clunky, and it seems they don't have the ability to alert you that your kids needs you through the app, but hopefully those types of things are coming down the pipeline.A LOT of people from other gyms came here to try it out, so during peak hours we fat guys and dadbods are surrounded by monsters and hulks, but it's a gym, so that's expected.They have neat spaces set aside for a lot of things, but sometimes it works against itself. The dumbbells and benches are super crammed together, so it can be hard to do flies or other full wingspan lifts, and there's not enough room behind the benches to allow staggering mirror space due to the bench press setup. Upstairs, the AstroTurf area is near, but gets too crowded because there isn't any other open floor space for core, except a few mats near the group fitness room, away from where most people seem to look.Overall, though, it's a nice new facility. With all the hulks and monsters, though, I wonder how long it can stay nice. Those bruhs don't really respect the property and throw and drop things regardless of posted signs, which will affect quality quickly. More...

This gym is awesome. Clean with a  friendly staff. THIS GYM has so much to do! It has everything  from  cardio to crossfit. Wide assortment of plate loaded equipment and machines. They have a pool , sauna, hot tub, and basketball court. In addition to all of this they offer  a lot of classes.Upstairs is a hot yoga room and an outdoor  training spot, called functional training.The locker room is huge with many more showers than any other of their locations.  The parking lot look packed but the fact the club is soooooo huge it actually wasnt bad.
