Excellent service. From easy communications on yelp to getting an in person estimate was effortless. We had a complicated job. .. 1. cleaning out the garage with stuffs to be boxed and stored 2. dumping 5x10x10 size of stuffs (junk, boxes & small furnitures) 3. deep clean the 3 car garage floor & a garbage room. One Stop Maintenance came through with flexibility in scheduling and accommodating for specific needs, even helped us move a couple of large cabinets. This guy was early on his agreed arrival time, had all his equipment out and did a great job cleaning our tired awning. He was courteous to pedestrians, quick efficient, reasonably-priced and thorough. We used their service to clean awnings that were very dirty from years of city grit and grime. They performed the service during the A. M. When i returned the next morning I was amazed at the results. Some week later they returned to perform additional waxing of our floors also done during the early morning hours.. What an awesome company! After reading all the wonderful reviews, I chose One Stop Maintenance to clean the gutters of my home and I am so happy that I did. They were responsive, flexible, knowledgeable, and thorough. As you can tell from the before pictures, my gutters were in pretty bad shape. He also pressure washed my driveway and patio after cleaning my roof and gutters. One Stop Maintenance conquered the task with ease. Take a look at the after pictures, they speak for themselves. One Stop Maintenance does residential work as well. Had them power wash a particularly mucky aggregate patio. Considering how much moss was growing on it, they did an admirable job of removing it.  Bits were left here and there but very little. Hard to see the last few spots when everything is wet. One Stop Maintenance provides janitorial & cleaning services for 3 of my commercial buildings in San Rafael and 1 office building in San Francisco. Their prices are low and service is great, I never have issues with the company or the employes. John is very responsive and always answers his phone. When I need and extra pressure wash on the sidewalk, John or his employees are there within the hour. I have dealt with many cleaning services in my area, but One Stop and John are top notch! More...
