A very long wedding day usually begins with your "glam squad" so you want that part of the morning to be perfect and stress-free and that's certainly what I got with this team. Cassie, Cassie, and Lisa knocked it out of the park with everyone's hair and makeup. Not only did I feel as beautiful as ever, but all my ladies looked beautiful and felt as such. Everyone was so happy with their services. They were efficient and FUN and made sure everything was perfect for us. I couldn't have asked for more. Myrna is the best nail tech I have been too. I have been getting my nails done by her for the past 4 years, and I haven't had one bad experience. I moved to Chicago 3 years ago and I still travel an hour and 15 minutes to get my nails done every 3 to 4 weeks, and my no chip actually last 3 to 4 weeks. Great way to start my wedding day. That is something I did not really consider, but the salon or hair stylist is one of your first big events of the day, so make sure you do it with a vendor who is friendly, happy, loves what they do, and are accommodating--One Salon & Bridal was all of those things for me. They adjusted schedules so I could get another stylist on my party so I could be done an hour earlier and get to the vendor in time for set up. I never wear makeup, and Amy was really good at taking my direction so I could get a natural look for my wedding day but still feel confident with makeup on. One Salon and Bridal has been a place that I have enjoyed going to for years for various services. When I got engaged I knew I needed to give Ami and her team a call to get myself scheduled for bridal hair and makeup services! The salon itself is cute as can be. All of the girls that work there are sweet and great at what they do. Ami herself is one of the most loving, kind, passionate people I know so it was a no brainer that I ask her to do my hair and makeup. My hair and makeup turned out to be even more beautiful than I could have imagined. I looked and felt like a princess, just as every girl should on her wedding day.

Being at One Salon really set the tone for my entire day. All of my girls left happy and looking beautiful. I picked One Salon & Bridal Co. for my wedding after my sister used them in June 2015 and we had a great experience. My sister's wedding was right down the street in St. Charles...mine was 90 minutes away in New Buffalo, MI! But One Salon & Bridal Company was happy to come out and take care of us 5 ladies anyway. Alexa and Becki did the hair and makeup for our entire crew and everyone was thrilled! I was more of a diva in the trial than I expected as I don't wear much makeup or pay much attention to my hair so I kept having Alexa change it to look softer and more like me and I was SO happy with the final product! I recently was married on the 25th of May and One Salon & Bridal Co. really made my experience so enjoyable not to mention relaxing. Being relaxed when you don't have a wedding planner is pretty important in my experience. When I first came across OS&BC, they had glowing reviews on google. They even had the awards to prove how great they are. What bride doesn't want the best? I knew that they were a match not just by the glowing reviews and awards but also their salon services offered. They are up to date with all the newest and greatest trends. To me, those kind of details matter.Upon arriving I couldn't help but notice the charming older house that is a now salon. It truly was a welcomed surprise! The salon also occupies two floors which is wonderful for clients and their individual needs. As soon as you walk in you just get a wonderful family vibe, and everyone is so polite and welcoming. With all of this at the forefront, my mother were even more excited for our consultation to begin. Melanie did my makeup whereas Alexa did my mother's hair, and then we would eventually switch. I was going for more of a natural look for my makeup and very Art Deco for my hair and both Melanie and Alexa more than delivered. Both my mother and myself were more than pleased, and I even planned further appointments with the salon. I also wanted to get my eyebrows waxed, but hadn't gotten them done in a really long time and Amanda really came through last minute. She, in my opinion, is truly the best. She makes you feel comfortable, she is a great conversationalist and really listens to what you want. As for my wedding, everyone was on-time and more than helpful even helping me with the last minute "to-do's". If you are looking for above and beyond and the best, not just for special celebrations, but just for all occasions, you really need to go to One Salon & Bridal CO for all your beauty needs, not only because they are experts, but because they really make you feel like family. I highly recommend Tai. Tai is fantastic! She is young and trendy with years and years of experience. She provides such a perfect hairstyle from color and highlighting to the cut and the finishing. I have been with Tai since Sept. 2011 and have an appointment every month and I feel confident and comfortable that I have found the perfect person in Tai. Aim at The One Salon has been my one and only for 5 years now. I am in love with the products she uses on me to cover my grey. The chemical peels that I sneak in every once in awhile are addicting.
