Just went in with a long time problem with my charging port. Instantly the man there was ready to assist with whatever i needed. I went in thinking i would have to get a big repair. Turns out that i just had a bunch of lint in my port and he was able to blow it all out quickly and efficiently. This place could have ripped me off and made the repair anyways and i would've never known. Instead the employee there fixed it within second with no charge to me. The store was clean and tidy. It was a complicated issue with a complicated laptop. The people at CPR repaired it, and my daughter was very pleased that she had it back. The professionalism and care this company exhibits is exceptional. Entrusted them to repair my old IPhone power switch after being given a verbal estimate. When I went to pick the phone up I was informed the switch that was ordered was not correct and in order not to inconvenience me me, they gave me a new phone of the same model with everything already switched over including all of my apps and contacts. Not only that, they adhered to their verbal estimate for the original repair. Needless to say, I won’t be going anywhere else for any of my phone or computer repairs ever again. I am so impressed with CPR Stevens Point! I had issues with my MacBook pro and the tech, Codi, worked tirelessly to try and get it resolved.
