Very-Sad Client
Starts great as all other accountancy. Once you are set up, gradually they will try reduce their workload which means less communications, last minutes updates and disastrous calendar keeping. Never know if they are available or not. For such expensive service, I gained nothing from them. More...

I am currently using one Abacus for sorting out all my freelance accounts and i have to say everything has been perfect with my accountant. they are normally always available even on the weekends when you need something sorted out really quickly. they have sorting out everything from helping with mortgage and notifying when you to pay your tax. really nice and responsive people to talk to if you have questions. Whilst we specialise in accountancy for contractors, freelancers and small businesses, our qualified experienced accountants are able to deal with most accountancy needs. Our standard packages are priced as all inclusive solutions that cover everything a small business or individual will require from an accountant over the course of a year. Spreading this over the year gives you unlimited real time access to your personal accountant ensuring the very best personal service available any time. At One Abacus, we also offer many ad hoc services for this that do not require a complete solution.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having worked my entire adult life for others in the private sector, I was forever seeing things I didn't like or felt I could do better myself. The large structure of many of these companies was such that change was a long and arduous process, if in fact it ever occurred so I took it upon myself to create an organisation that was able to offer the sort of service I felt people deserved, and that I always felt was easily deliverable. The result is One Abacus.

One Abacus is a local company with national reach. Whilst we have clients based all over the country, the success of our business is down to the personal feel we offer. Every client at One Abacus gets assigned a personal accountant and is given their mobile number and personal email address so they can be reached even when out of the office.
At One Abacus we understand our clients and are always striving to offer more of what you need. Thats why at One Abacus we regularly book calls and meetings at evenings and weekends outside of normal office hours offering the flexibility to accommodate your busy schedules.
