Can't tell you how grateful we are for your help and expertise Lorraine. Our rescue staffy Blue has so many issues and when I got your number from someone I met in our local park I was beginning to believe we may have to take him back to the pound :( His separation anxiety and aggression to other animals was making us feel like we couldn't do anything with him.

Your kindness, help and support has been so great, we've taken on board all the things you've shown us and the ongoing support has been exceptional. Blue still has issues but we can now leave him on his own for up to 2hrs (before it was less than 10 mins!) and he no longer goes berserk when we come home and just gets a bit excited but calms down so quickly. We still can't go near other animals but we have the tools to manage the situation and he is now calming down so much more quickly than he was before, so much so that its a pleasure to walk him. He loves going on his 50ft training lead over the field and playing fetch with us. We will never let him off the lead because of how stressy he is, but he is so much better than he was and that is down to the help from you.

He still has funny little quirks when going out in the garden in the dark but that's manageable, he's loved by all our friends and family and is just such a wonderful addition to our family.

Anyone who is looking for a good dog trainer should look no further than you Lorraine, you are patient and kind and Blue loves you. Thank you again for everything you've done, because we know that if we'd given up on Blue and taken him back to the pound he would've been put to sleep. We've now got a loyal and lovable member of our family who we would not swap for anything. More...
