What do you love most about your job?
I know it sounds corny but I take great satisfaction from a job well done. My assitanant Matt and I still believe that customer satisfaction is the number one priority. We are so confident that you will be happy with our work that we will ask for no money for the cost of the labour until the work is completed to your satisfaction.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I had been plumbing on a 'friends and family' basis for about 10 years but never had the courage to leave my steady paying job until my hand was forced by redundancy. It was a shock at first but after using my redundancy payout to set up my own business, I realised it was something I should have done years earlier! Since then, the business has grown steadily, not by widespread advertising, but largely by word of mouth.
This is the first time I have experimented with anything like this, but hey, I'm told you have to move with the times!!
