Omega Movement is a mind-body movement! Our aim is to get people moving in whatever way they find comfortable and within their abilities, having fun whilst doing it!

We offer private and corporate yoga and mat pilates classes across London. Our new OM Complete packs include a 15-20 minute personalised home practice video designed for you to help you reach your goals.
Our community classes in Hackney Wick, east London, are a little different - working with local community businesses to host our classes, we offer pilates mat, pregnancy pilates, mum & baby pilates, gentle yoga and flow yoga in various locations around Hackney Wick.
