Cheltenham
We’re all unique, yet we share some challenges in life. Stress, trauma, loss and fear are just a few that can knock us off course. I see therapy as a way not only of getting you back on track, fast, but helping you to fulfil your potential.

What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people to fulfil their potential and to liberate themselves from unhelpful patterns of behaviour.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have 17 years’ experience as a counsellor with experience of providing therapy in a variety of settings including GP Practices, NHS Trust Occupational Health Service, Voluntary Sector and, for the past nine years, as a university counsellor. I believe this has given me a broad enough range of experience to help most people who seek counselling.
Why should our clients choose you?
You will be in a safe pair of hands. I do not believe in therapy as a way of life but as a short-term means of getting back on track. I will therefore work according to your priorities and your budget. I have Postgraduate Certificates in Cognitive Analytic Therapy and EMDR. I am accredited with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. I have used these skills to work with a broad range of presentations covering the anxiety disorder spectrum and depression as well as perfectionism, self esteem, anger management and relational issues.
