While I was not the person who hired this company, I merely worked alongside them for a wedding at the MFA, I was very impressed with their overall attention to detail, polite and professional attitudes, and incredible food. Both personally and as a photographer, I attend between 10-15 weddings a year.I arrived early to the venue as the staff began setting up and noticed how quickly (yet efficiently and with an eye to detail) they executed the settings and buffet. Of all the catered events I have worked and attended, Olympia went above and beyond my expectations in the quality and taste of their food. Amber, Myra, and Candace were staff members that not only did their jobs well, but paid careful attention to little details- like placing my bag of equipment in safe area during tear-down, and even saving my coffee for my drive home. Working with Olympia for my wedding cake was very easy and customized. I met with Debbie and we were able to taste the cake options and see examples. I gave her a picture of what I wanted to cake to look like from Pinterest and she made it happen!

The cake arrived early and all of my guests loved it! I chose the lemon creme cake with the whipped vanilla frosting, so good!

My only regret is not using them for catering, I would recommended them for the whole package to anyone looking! More...

I don't know where to begin! Nearly two months after my wedding, I am still having people rave about the food! From the appetizers, entree, and midnight snack - everything was outstanding! You can't go wrong here. Everything was served promptly and hot! No need went unmet - the whole staff at Olympia was outstanding. They even went as far as bringing my husband and I a fresh, hot meal after we said our "hello's" to everyone! They think of everything! They are very professional, friendly, and dedicated to making your event go off without a hitch!

By far, the best decision we made was to hire Nancy for our day of coordinator. If you want a stress free wedding day, there isn't even a question! She is truly phenomenal. If anything went wrong wedding day, I couldn't tell you. Everything went smoothly and timely. I was never left wondering "What next?" or "What do I do?". I trusted her with a lot of the details of our day and I am so glad I did. She is incredibly experienced and has an amazing eye. Sherri and her team at Olympia are wonderful. Food was very important to us and Olympia delivered. We got so many compliments about the food and how great it was. I was looking for a good quality catering services at an affordable price for my wedding. After much research, we decided to go for Olympia Catering for many reasons. Later on, I felt lucky because much of our vendors knew and had work with Olympia -- but what truly caught my attention about Olympia was their extensive menu options and the diverse cuisine offered. Olympia made my wedding cake four years ago and it both beautiful and delicious. Well recently I hired them to cater my daughter's 1st birthday party and I'm happy to say their cakes are still fantastic! The smash cake looked like a sunflower and the other cake looked like a garden. They were so creative and beautiful. I received a ton of compliments on the look and the taste. I sought out Olympia for my own marriage celebration after experiencing their catering and services at a dear friend's wedding. Working with Olympia and Darren Diaz was completely stress-free and delightful. We collaborated with a combination of my ideas and his suggestions that made for, in my opinion, the perfect wedding reception. The food was amazing! Enough said! I hired Olympia for my wedding 12/13/15.
Nancy was our main point of contact. She answered all my million emails promptly. She was very nice and personable on the phone. She triple checked everything to ensure she had all the details which allowed me to rest easy. The food was amazing! All our guests were raving and telling us how they’d had 2nds and 3rds. The mascarpone mashed potatoes are to die for!
Debbie helped us with our wedding cake and design. Our cake was absolutely beautiful and equally delicious. I cried when I first saw the cake. It was more delicious than I remembered from our tasting. We had a lemon cake, custard filling, and buttercream icing. The cake was so moist. I wish I had more of it! The top tier is in the freezer now. I am tempted to thaw it out and eat it after only 2 weeks!
Tata, the chef in charge at our event, was amazing! She is so pleasant and more than willing to make sure everything is to your liking. She personally served my husband and I at dinner. Even during our tasting she came out and introduced herself and wanted to make sure the food was exactly what we wanted. Tata was just outstanding! The support staff was very professional and attentive. They brought food and drinks for the bridal party while we took photos. My husband is a picky eater and they was able to accommodate him by giving him a requested cheeseburger and fries, which he said was one of the best burgers he had ever had. We were given taken home meals for after the wedding and my husband devoured his second cheeseburger in the hotel later that night. I only wish I could have eaten more food! More...

Marlene and her crew catered our daughters wedding in Indian Rocks Beach last weekend and they were amazing. The food was exceptional, the Sushi bar display was incredible as was the taste, all the other food was also top class. My daughter's wedding was almost a year ago and we still get comments from people about how delicious the food was at the reception! Our point of contact was Taryn Marquez. She was very pleasant and professional and made the process so easy for us. We live in Citrus County (about 2 hours away) and really didn't know how things would work out dealing with a caterer so far way. It was seamless! No one could have known that the food and servers had come so far. Everything surpassed our expectations! Taryn and the head waiter for the event travelled up ahead of time to become familiar with the venue and really made us feel like all details were covered. Debbie Aaron took care of our cake needs and really did an excellent job considering the distance the cake would travel. I got married one week ago in Treasure Island, Florida, and my husband and I selected Olympia catering for our food service and our wedding cake.

Sherri Salsbury was our personal representative who took care of us from our tasting appointment, throughout our year of planning, up to the day of our wedding. She was so helpful in answering all our questions and ensuring that our priorities were executed. She returned every email and phone call throughout the year with excellent service and intention to help us plan our wedding dinner service. She exhibited great attention to our details, and asked lots of questions to understand all other aspects of our wedding - down to our colors, favors, and venue set-up. We did not get to see or work with Sherri on the day of the event, but she passed along all the info to the catering team who served us. On the day of and still to this day, our guests have be constantly raving to us about how delicious our cocktail hour passed hors d’oeuvres and reception dinner service was! The only issue we encountered was that our dinner service was slightly delayed as the time they had down for serving was 45 minutes later than what Sherri and I discussed/planned for in our timeline. Nevertheless, when I brought this issue up after I found out about it following the ceremony, the person who was in charge of the catering team immediately assured me that she would fix it and not to worry. We used the extra time to mingle with our guests and within 15 minutes our dinner service began seamlessly. Our food was delicious and best of all, the steak was cooked perfectly to medium rare as I requested! The catering team cooked a fabulous meal and took care of my guests. They offered to place party favors, pour champagne, and cut the cake within their provided services. Despite the one timing hiccup that occurred, this company and staff handled it without skipping a beat and we were back on track to enjoying a delicious meal before enjoying the dance floor. Thank you to Sherri for helping me plan all of this and thank you to the team who executed it all!

You catered my sons wedding in Lange Farms in July. Everyone went on about the food! And this weekend my youngest sons . Not only did you bring food to all the children earlier so the didn’t have to wait you waited outside with drinks for the bride and groom ! Olympia just catered my wedding on 9/17/17. Just a week after Hurricane Irma hit our area. Sherri and the team stayed in contact with me the entire time making sure to ease this Bride’s nerves. I just love this place and Debbie, who (I believe) is the owner. She made the most wonderful wedding cake for me last year, customized strawberry and vanilla custard. It was so good that previous wedding guests still talk about it. I’ll post a photo below!

Olympia Catering went above and beyond everything I thought I would get on my wedding day. On our food tasting day, EVERYTHING we tasted was absolutely amazing. It was so hard to narrow down the food that we picked. We had a travel-themed wedding, and Olympia went out of their way to present food from all over the world-our cocktail hour had 4 different appetizers from 4 different countries, complete with flags from said country. Our buffet line was decorated by Olympia, and included old-school luggage and other travel themed items. It was amazing. Our wedding was over 6 months ago, and people are STILL talking about how delicious our food was. We also chose to have our cake made by Olympia (which was included), and it was seriously the most delicious cake I've ever tasted.
