Hi
My name’s Olivia and I run Olivia’s Nannies, an independent recruitment agency specifically for nannies/au pairs and parents.
I understand high agency fees can be a turnoff but I’m able to offer my services for a flat fee of between 2-4 weeks gross salary on placement (2 weeks for standard positions, 4 weeks for live in roles, £850 for part time positions).
