Oliver's Wills Ltd offers bespoke will writing for our clients. We can arrange a simple will to complex wills covering inheritance tax planning and trust work. We are full members of the Institute of Professional Writers and the managing director, Oliver, is a Fellow Member as well as having completed a law degree, law finals and financial planning certificates I,II and III. He has a wide ranging knowledge of finance and law, and Oliver will meet most clients as well as draft the wills and trusts.

We also offer great value lasting powers of attorney. These can be arranged at highly competitive rates and we meet all our clients at home or in an office rather than the phone or by email. Face to face advice is very important when writing your will, but we do also offer a Skype service where required.

We can also provide or arrange services through third parties that we work closely with such as pilot trusts, deputyship services, shareholder agreements, partnership agreements, funeral planning and more.
