I was at the court today and I won the case against possession order claim (section 8)the case was dismissed , I would thank Avikar Singh , Arfan Bhatti, Oliver Conway ,billy and izzy and of corse a special thanks the barrister mr Mathew Feldman who represented me at the hearing you all have been great help to me on my case , I would definitely recommend Oliver fisher solicitors form to anyone with housing matters , 5 stars service fast , efficient and professional service .

Arman Khosravi is a first class property dispute solicitor who assisted me as effectively and as cost-effectively as he possibly could in two matters; firstly, to secure a Tomlin Consent Order over a S 146 Forfeiture of Lease application and going on to successfully settle an internal property management company (co-share of freehold) planning dispute. Secondly, successfully negotiated the compliance and share splits over an old complex trust agreement attached to my property. In a nutshell, Mr Khosravi throws himself into complex and tiresome cases that have an urgent nature with an outcome orientated focus and can-do solutions attitude. Working within high pressure time frames, Mr Khosravi acted fast and effectively, prioritising my case. Have had several dealings with this firm in recent years in regard to employment law. Very efficient.UPDATEI have recently, used them again for dealing with Probate (early 2019). Beyond 5 star, They are truly amazing Mr Avikar Singh & Mr Arfan Bhatti dealt with my complicated housing case. Avikar was always available to advise and talk to me. I decided to sell a property through Mr Alireza Nurbaksh as I had already had a good experience of selling a previous property in West London with him. Again I found him agreeable to work with, experienced and a prompt communicator. It was also possible to have a few words with him by visiting the office without an appointment. I believe that his fees are reasonable. When some problems seemed to arise with the other party's solicitors he was very quick to get to the bottom of it and the issue was resolved.
