Gunnar said “These turkey pinwheels are so good! You have to try them!” And the was right. Turkey goat cheese and spinach. Wrapped and sliced for tasty bites. Served in grab & go containers at @thetastytablemboro After a kind technician filled our tire at Maney’s Service Station, we had just enough time to pick up some tasty bites for lunch. I’ve been wanting to try @olivebranchbakery and Tasty Table since they announced their cafe opening. The quick visit did not disappoint. We were able to snack on the ready made food Gunnar picked while they prepared our to-go orders, all while sipping on Winter Citrus tea. Every member of their team was proactively kind and attentive. We even took home a box of “day old” pastries ($1 each) and a gluten free no-bake cookie. This spot off the square is just right for the 2 hour parking spots and jaunt across the street. There aren't many great breakfast options in Murfreesboro but this place is definitely at the top of the list. Great food, amazing coffee and the location itself is in cool old building with a lounge upstairs and a peaceful outdoor courtyard. Definitely recommend!!!

Very inviting and lovely atmosphere. I'm hoping this place does well. 4 stars because they don't offer decaf espresso options. If your going to compete with the others I believe this should be addressed especially since one of the workers said "we get asked about decaf all of the time." More...

Absolutely lovely! We ordered a cake and macaroons for a 50th anniversary and the entire party could not stop talking about how amazing the cake looked. ..and tasted! The macarons were perfect, delicate and delicious. Jacqueline even opened up for us on a Sunday so we could pick up this special cake. I found the menu selections full of freshly made and healthy selections. Current food trend such asbacon-blackberry- grilled cheese with three soup selections. A friend ordered the chicken pot pie. It certainly looked homemade with a beautiful crust and semi transparent sauce on the inside. She was very pleased. I ordered a turkey, goat cheese, strawberry jalapeño jam wrap without the wrap with a side of carrots and hummus. All ingredients were fresh, carrots were multi colored and the hummus was spot on. All service as prompt and kind and super spotless. We went back after closing time and they served us anyway. We ordered macaroons and a cinnamon roll to go. Nice treats. Finally stopped in and checked out this bakery/cafe and I was not disappointed! I was instantly impressed with the beautiful decor and delightful cases of tasty selections. The staff was friendly and efficient and pleasant-like they actually wanted to be there and help customers! I chose a brown butter latte and a homemade S'mores pop tart. I'm a big coffee snob and was not disappointed in the slightest! My latte was divine! Not overly sweet, but subtly so with bold flavorful espresso and rich creamy milk. The pop tart was a complete surprise! It was light, flaky and buttery with melty bittersweet chocolate studded thru the inside woven with a light layer of marshmallow cream. The top had a toasted marshmallow almost like frosting, but not with a bittersweet chocolate drizzle and graham cracker crumb sprinkles. The lightness and complexity of flavors of this little pastry was a fabulous surprise-not at all what i was expecting but 100X better! I can't wait to go back and try some of the other decadent offerings Ya'll even the grab and go salads look like like masterpieces!
