5 star service: Well where do I start... We got married here Monday 29-07-19 and had the best day. I can see how this is an award winning venue everything was more than we imagined it was perfect The venue looked amazing, the food was outstanding and the millartery service was spot on. Well done oldwalls staff everyone was so helpfull ( massive shout out to Nicola who was fab and made the day run so smoothly with Ben taking over in the night) Definitely 11/10. We stayed at Mullberry house the weekend before & Cerrig Glan a further two days which was definitely the cherry on the top! We had the best four days ever from start to finish...... Attended Oldwalls for a friend's wedding where they were married and had their reception on site. Venue is brilliant although the drive to it is a bit tedious but worth it. Car park has ample space and for weddings, this one at least, there was a parking attendant ready to direct you. Grounds are l Iovely and well maintained. Bar staff are attentive and the prices are very reasonable considering you are at their disposal. Food was delicious and well presented. What a great wedding! Lovely venue filled with helpful staff who will help you in any way they can nothing you ask of them seams to much of an effort! We had the most magical wedding day at Oldwalls, both us and our guests were absolutely blown away. Not only is the venue absolutely breathtaking but all of the staff are fabulous and the day went perfectly from start to finish. I got married at Oldwalls on the 30th of March this year. I wish I could do it all over again! I would give them a 100% rating for everything! ! I have never seen professionalism, service and flexibility like it! In the run up to the wedding the team were always there to help and answer any questions I had. Everything they said I could have for my wedding I did - They were so flexible and accommodating with all my asks. Regarding the day Debbie deserves a medal!! She ran the day to military persision! The service the team offered was out of this world!! I was in awe! She would ask us at every step of the day what we wanted and it was executed perfectly! The day before the wedding I had also dropped an awful lot of decorations off too (for them to put out in the different rooms) and I was very nervous to whether it would end up in the correct place. I dont think one item was placed in the wrong spot! That's how much they read your notes and listen to what you want! To any brides thinking of booking Oldwalls - 100% do it! We got married at Oldwalls 2 weeks ago and had the most incredible day! From the first time we saw the venue we knew it was where we wanted to get married - it’s so beautiful and the grounds are amazing. Debbie was there to coordinate everything on the day and she was absolutely amazing! She made sure everything ran smoothly and was a friendly face to see and put us at ease that everything was under control. The staff were all absolutely great - so many of our guests commented on how amazing the service was and the ones with children were really impressed at how good the staff were at keeping them entertained!! The food was also absolutely delicious and received lots of compliments from the guests. When I arrived at the venue on the day I was thrilled with how it was decorated - they had done an incredible job of setting up as we had asked but also adding some extra touches which made it look even better than I imagined.
