This family owned business treats people how you should be treated. I have worked along side this business for over 20 years and am honored to welcome them literally into my living room. We can come to you. I am super excited to be here today to share my experience working beside Okerberg & Associates in the Wellness Department, where you can be yourself. This is something I believe in. More...

My wife and I were referred to this practice to help ease trauma and provide transition for our daughter's reintroduction with bio dad. (after 3 years of no contact) Never in my life have I experienced such a lack of professionalism and communication. From mental health providers none the less! The history of our girl, an initial session, Melinda had with the perpetrator's mother! Not the child, or either parent. Someone who had, and never has had, any legal or custodial rights to this minor child. Other professionals in this field have confirmed that communication to be a direct violation of our child's confidentiality. Melinda also set forth a timeline for treatment that included transition for our child. Then immediately attempted to do the EXACT opposite of what she originally said. When asked by our attorney why she took this approach, Melinda told her she needed to be getting paid! (this wasn't a real concern as bio dad was to cover this process) We understand the need for compensation. Regardless, in this field of work, your priority needs to be advocating for the child! Not getting hung up on who is paying the bill. It was clear our child's well-being was not her priority. Our attorney was disgusted and stated she will never recommend her. Fast forward 8 months and we are getting billed for a single phone conversation regarding the child's treatment plan! Yet no other communication was ever responded to. It has truly been an eye opening and gut wrenching experience. More...
