'Okens Kitchen' is an outside catering company which provides delicious homemade food and a fantastic personal service.
We also run 'Thomas Oken Tea Rooms' so we are very well known for our afternoon teas and cakes, but also offer fantastic hot and cold fork buffets, a range of finger buffets, canapes and children's buffets.

Appoint Us had our company Christmas party here on Saturday (- late I know. ) What a memorable night though. All the staff absolutely loved it. Welcomed by Jess and Jo (and girls cannot thank you enough for it) We did a Ready Steady Cook night where we were split in to teams - one for canapés one for starters one main course and one desserts. We were then left with ingredients and a recipe. Lots of prosecco lots of team work and lots of fun two hours later we all sat down together to eat the most beautiful meal we had collectively produced. I cannot speak highly enough if this place or the fantastic time we all had. Loads of photos on our website and Facebook pages. Big thank you Jess and Jo. Definately be back! More...

Jess put on an excellent "Mocktails and canapes" party for my daughter's 13th birthday. The guests all had a great time, they had lots to eat and they went home with plenty of food and recipes too. Highly recommended.
