Amazing what these folks did without power equipment for decades. Look forward to hearing a concert there.
Nice feature in Wenatchee. This is a pretty park with lots of trails. Definitely worth a visit.
Beautiful Gardens, with great visit views of town and river.
Nice place, very relaxing experience definetly will visit again.
Beautiful, beautiful views. But There is a fee to go in. $8 dollars for adults and 4 dollars for 12 year and under
Incredible views, rock paths going everywhere
First gorgeous, if your fit and easy trek, if you used to be fit . . welcome to your beginning workout.
Beautiful scenery tucked away from the city.
Beautiful Park area. In the summer, RLS Concert Series has live music here for a few weeks today.
Beautiful stone pathways meandering along the hillside
Amazing gardens. They had a fairy and gnome scavenger hunt. The trails are uneven and can be difficult for non-physically active guests. If you have any kind of physical disability skip this place. They do provide walking/hiking sticks to help with balance for some of the trails. More...
I love coming here to walk around and take in the views.
The place is worth checking out places to hike and it's a bit over grown
The concert at the Gardens was great!
Went to a concert there. So very beautiful. Had so much fun. Would go again for sure!
Lovely complex trail to complete. Beautiful and scenic
A very peaceful and beautiful place to visit, incredible what was created here. Also I loved that they provide free walking sticks if needed.
Well I use to come here as a kid and then I brought my daughter here when she was younger and now I brought my friend Libby here. Still just as nice, beautiful views. More...
Nice garden. Must visit. Only issue is you can't take stroller or wheelchair
It's a nice calming place for a walk or a wedding it has a side thing for you to find gnomes and fairies.
Very beautiful. The grounds were impeccable
Love this place so much! My now fiance took me there today to propose by the pond and it was absolutely perfect seeing the wildflowers
A must see! Absolutely gorgeous!
A hidden oasis impeccably maintained
Lovely, lovely, lovely
Dusty 45 was an awesome surprise, good music, great views I would go again
We had a few hours before we had to head out to the airport and came across this little gem....so happy we stopped.
Unique and historical. Beautiful to see
Maybe it was just the time of year. Rock work is beautiful, but flowers were scarce. A little expensive, too, for the experience.

This is a beautiful place to visit. Wear hiking shoes!!
The trails are in varying degrees of difficulty, but all lead to beautiful scenery.
So beautiful! Wear decent shoes.. Not a place for flip flops or sandals.
Lovely, historic, naturalistic, peaceful. Makes for a fun few hours of hiking and photography. Reminiscent of Butchart Gardens, but more enjoyable and without the hoopla and pretension.
Very beautiful! Green in an otherwise non-green place! Wish it was open year round though.
I had the pleasure of visiting Ohme Gardens on Mother's day 2019!This is one of the most beautiful places I have been to in the PNW! Absolutely stunning! If you're in the area, you must take the time to visit. More...
I get a peaceful easy feeling- love going here,! You don't even feel like you're in the city
Absolutely wonderful experience with super interesting history. A true landmark
Beautiful gardens. Can't imagine the work put in to making this place do spectacular.
Great place for a good walk and beautiful space.
Wonderful gardens in the spring.
Beautiful park. Took pictures here. I do suggest to take water cause it got hot after a while of walking around the park. $16 for 3 people and we spent almost 3 hours there.
Kay Stuart - Darnley
Just did my Aunts Scottish wedding here last weekend. Was a beautiful place and was just wonderful to suit our ceremony needs.
On our way now. cant wait!
Beautiful cool and green spot right next to dry sage lands.
I was a little early in the year but still very cool...ponds, rock formations, nice vistas, fairly easy to walk..tho some steps need to be navigated carefully...enjoy
It's been there a long time. Still a great place to visit
I went to the sunrise service on Easter! It was fantastic.
So very beautiful and seren
I remember my parents taking the family there many times. My brother and I could explore and run around the trails on our own (it was a different world then). I still go there every time I am in the area. More...
Awesome day get away. Great place for picture taking.
Beautiful. Just beautiful.
Great way to spend a couple hours. Very peaceful. Lots of great foliage to view. Great photo ops. Went by myself and had a wonderful time exploring. I highly recommend. Make sure to get a map from the entrance attendant. It helps to know where you are at in the park. Also, the map identifies where the more difficult trails are. They also have hiking poles to use free of charge. More...
Went here for the first time this spring to have my daughters pictures taken, such a beautiful place with friendly staff
A fairy tale!
My sister got to have her first look at the one of the green water pond . It's pretty pricey but an amazing spot for a wedding in summer and my extended family and friends love it too
Many recent improvements have made this park even more attractive and enjoyable!!
Great little hike with the family.
Gorgeous place to go for a hike, enjoy nature and great scenic views
The gnomes and fairies were a great catch to my daughter and it kept her busy while I admired the gardens and views.

Beautiful place for a wedding.
My son and daughter-in law brought me here during my visit to Wenatchee. Very beautiful. I'm happy we took the time to explore.
Lovely, unique garden.
Today a County Park, Ohme Gardens has been a Wenatchee treasure for decades ...
I'm not normally into gardens, but on a nice day, these gardens are stunning!
Excellent attraction, well worth the time. Too bad the sounds of the highway come up to spoil the silence, but oh well...
Shannon Bartlett McCasland
Pretty, but not very big
This place is a dream, and worth the price of admission. So much to see and do. The granite stones set as the stairs and pathway are the best I have ever hiked. Just when you think that was all you could see you come upon a granite picnic tables and benches. Bring your real camera. More...
Not for the feint of heart. One wrong step and blam you're done. However if one treads lightly it is an incredibly amazing place to witness. I've been 4 times now and each was different from the last. Truly an amazing area. Go check it out More...

I visited the gardens on September 27, 2018 and I was so in awe. You don’t really know the magnitude of what the gardens hold until you step on one of the paths. Yes the gardens were amazing but more so were the staff and their passion for what they do. You could see it in their eyes and feel it in your heart. I had another tour to do so I couldn’t stay long but I’ll be back next year. Yes I will make the trek over from the kitsap peninsula to visit this garden again and this time stay longer. To the director, thank you for an amazing time. To Samantha thank you for the history you could feel your deep passion and dedication for this place and the other staff thank you for your words on the tours and I. The gift shop. What an amazing morning. I give this place a 10 More...
Absolutely incredible what a hidden gem worth exploring ‘ totally made our day great!!!
What a magical place. My seven year old daughter loved looking for the gnomes and fairies
A hidden treasure. I can't wait for spring so we can go back. Hope to have a garden birthday for Sami when she gets a bit older.
On a suggestion from my husband, I visited Ohme Gardens as a time killer. I was quickly disappointed in my time allocation, and wished I had a few more hours to spend here. Every corner offered a new breathtakingly beautiful site. The story of the Ohme family and their labors is amazing. I will be coming back, with a book, maybe some Art Journaling supplies. More...
Beautiful place, we had a picture session, you can’t miss it, come and visit.
Beautiful place to take the family or have a wedding!
Beautiful spot, very relaxing. Not suitable for strollers, lots of stairs, rocks and narrow, steap paths. Plenty of places to sit and take a break and just take in the awesome environment and views.
Beautiful! We have kids so it was a little expensive for all of us to go.
Loved the view
Just had an enchanting evening at a high school reunion there. So beautiful!!
The perfect place for a wedding
Went here for a wedding. It was gorgeous wiill definitely go back
This place is gorgeous. Just go.
It's so beautiful and peaceful
Such a beautiful place. My husband and I loved it. Loved walking the trails, so much to see and the views were stunning!
We had or renewal of vows here. and the setting was absolutely perfect! Many memories will now be attached to this place!
Loved it lots of good ideas to try to pull off at my place. It's worth the trip!!
Really nice place for talking pictures
Beautiful garden. Will go back
Liked the gardens. There was a wedding when we were there. Its amazing how they transformed a desert hillside to a beautiful garden
This is a must see. I got soo many great ideas walking around.
I love this place. A really cool trail. If you are in Wenatchee WA. This is a must go place.
This garden is a gem hidden in the mountains. Very beautiful maintened and calm place for the nature loving person.
Worth the drive if you are in Leavenworth and want to do a short hike.
Great wedding venue beautiful park. An oasis of green in the desert
This sylvan treasure is located on a high point above the Columbia River, with sweeping views of the river, Wenatchee and surrounding communities. Stone paths meander through rugged stone outcroppings in airy semi arid fir forest. Landscaped pools and waterfalls abound. This is a county park; admission is charged. I paid 8 bucks. Hiking poles are provided. It's billy goat country, plan for a bit of climbing. To truly appreciate the place, plan to spend a half day. It's about a 15 minute cruise from Wenatchee city center. Available for weddings and gatherings, it has somewhat primitive but beautiful banquet facilities. It looks like turf under high traffic areas for gatherings are re-sodded as needed. More...
The gardens are awesome. My only critique is the map of the garden shows trails that are supposedly easier to walk but there are some parts of the garden that are pretty steep for someone with mobility challenges.
Interesting garden. With sprawling views of Wenatchee and the river. Not a lot of blooming flowers like in a typical garden. I would call this a beautiful "Northwest" garden. If you have about 1 to 2 hours to spare, it is definitely worth a look. More...
Very nice garden. The sights are awesome. Wear a good pair of hiking shoes. 1 hour wasn't enough.
Really liked this place, great views and a nice walk. An awesome place to "zen" out i guess you'd say. Oh...and a good way to end our Wenatchee trip!
Absolutely beautiful kid friendly park!
A great place to visit. Really unique. Well worth the visit.
Such a beautiful place. It's very well laid out and kept up. Expect to spend at least an hour or two here.
Our wedding was beautiful! Thank you for all your help, Mike!
Scenic and picturesque
Beautiful view and polite staff. Although $8 a person is kinda expensive to enjoy nature in our opinion but if money isn't a problem for you then no qualms with anything else.
Beautiful ! Paths are challenging.
A beautiful place to visit.
Very nice gardens. I would rate certain parts moderate and some parts difficult. It us on a rather steep hill with great vistas. We saw all kings of wild flowers, some butterflies and a humming bird. A real delight. $8 admission fee adults and they will lend you walking poles if you prefer. More...
Beautiful alpine gardens on a rocky bluff overlooking Wenatchee and the Columbia River Valley. The gardens are 40 acres, with steep paths winding through them for about a mile. Lots of hidden pools, vibrant groundcover flowers (eg bright purple phlox, pink heather, etc), clever landscaping, and breathtaking views. Especially colourful in the spring. Admission is $8 for adults, $4 for ages 5-17. Trails are not suitable for strollers, wheelchairs, etc. Trails are a rocky and steep in places, so wear good walking shoes (trekking poles are available to borrow at the entrance). Pets not allowed in the gardens. Parking is free, with some parking available for RVs. Restrooms available just after the entrance kiosk. Open every day from April 15 to October 15, 9am to 6pm (7pm in summer). More...
The gardens are beautiful and perfect spot for a wedding. The wedding pictures are lovely.
Beautiful garden in an other wise dry landscape
Really amazing place!
It is such a beautiful place. It is family friendly but try bringing children aged 6 and up. There is a gift shop but it is very tiny. The gift shop is located behind the register. More...
A beautiful secluded treasure in Wenatchee. Great views with a lot to discover in it's small footprint.
Beautiful peaceful place. Being surrounded by nature in the gardens was just what we needed this weekend.

It's fun looking for the Gnomes!
Beautiful! Amazing landscaping.
When I was first told about this place I wasn't expecting much, maybe some nicely placed rocks and plants. However, upon entering, I was blown away. An absolutely gorgeous park! We had a blast strolling around and taking in all the sights. Cliffside trails overlooking the whole valley, some wonderful ponds and waterfalls, lush vegetation especially for the desert climate. Definitely worth a trip out if you're staying in Leavenworth in the summer time, or passing through Wenatchee for one reason or another. More...
Visited for RLS Productions Journey Tribute Band
Beautiful park, amazing story.
Easy to navigate, serene little garden, landscaped to be picturesque. Great for reading, photos, mini hiking, and conversation.
My boyfriend and I had a conference to attend in wenatchee but still had quite a bit of time to spare. So we toured the gardens and it was spactacular. I loved the steeper trails and my boyfriend even came up with a game called "Extreme Lounging" where the goal was to find all of the sitting areas in the garden and lounge there to enjoy the view. I really felt like a kid again and will definately be going back! Also we found your knome! More...

It is fulfilling a dream, a dream to share with all. Thank you for sharing it with us.
Just felt amazing at this place full of peace, nature and wind noise due to altitude.
A Wenatchee jewel and a can't miss attraction.
An unexpected find in Wenatchee. An enchanting garden with a interesting myriad of stone paths in its own cool microclimate.
The ohme gardens is amazing county of the day I got a lot more to come in for a few weeks ago but never when
Great place for family fun
Amazing gardens and wonderful view! I cannot wait to go back!
Peaceful serenity. That is how I describe this beautiful gem. You experience the gardens through exploration of everything it has to offer. I can sit for hours enjoying the ones and flowers. Note that while they have accessible parking, the trails are not accessible. More...

This was such a beautiful place! I highly recommend checking it out!
This is definitely worth the price of admission. It's super well done, and when you think about how much rock they moved by hand you'll be really impressed.

It was a perfect place for my son to marry his love.
So beautiful ! A must see if your in the Wenatchee area
Super beautiful! Words cannot give it justice and if you are physically limited it's going to be a bit of a challenge to get around, but it's a fantastic place to visit and slow down
Me and my fiance took our kids here. It was by far the best experience!
This is a beautiful park. A treasure hidden in this great Wenatchee area. I had been living here for the last 30 year and this is the first time visiting!

Visually stunning with an incredible backstory. These gardens are highly recommended. It's simply breathtaking. Be sure to take lots of photos.
Don't leave Wenatchee without coming through Ohme first. This place is absolutely magical to wander around.
Nice place for elders to stay serene for sometime. A spot to visit in wenatchee.
This place is nice for just a leisure walk and beautiful enough for weddings or special occasions. Yet it can also be a peaceful getaway from the stresses of everyday life. I recommend this 100%.
Beautiful greenspace close to Wenatchee. Although it has an impressive history, the gardens were not--and are not meant to be--awe strikingly extraordinary as I had been told. Home to native cascadian plants, the gardens are meant to be more of an experience than a show. Still, it's a must see, and is a 'continually changing' year-round attraction for tourists and nature lovers. More...
We just had our wedding here back in April, and it was awesome! It was only the second day they were open for the season and it was beautiful; we couldn't have asked for a better day and location! We worked out the majority of the details months before with Mike and with all they were able to offer, it took a lot of stress off the whole wedding plan mess that typically accompanies planning for that special day. We really appreciate all the time you guys put in to the setup and teardown of the event and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful wedding venue. Thanks! More...
Love this place! So beautiful and fun to explore!
Beautiful gardens and wonderful sunshine! Totally worth the drive over the mountains.
I read the stories about the making of Ohme Gardens it's an amazing story about a labor of love
Fascinating! I can't imagine the amount of labor it took to create this beautiful garden.
