Ohana Cupcakes

Now if you think you know, then you have no idea. I'm a stickler for above & beyond customer service and first impressions are everything. Well, look no further, Leilani immediately was on top of her game, didn't skip a beat with her greet, which was followed by an entire tour of the store. Leilani gave us the entire run down of what they do, how they do it and why they do it. Who would of ever thought that any one company could be so passionate about cupcakes? I loved it for one and my family was also impressed. We also had the chance to meet the owner, Susan, who was far more than pleasant. Susan was filled with an abundant amount of energy in which she rubbed off to her entire staff. Overall, great atmosphere and a beautiful staff. The cupcakes and designs were also highly impressive. The cupcakes here were not bad. I must say that I enjoyed the cake part very much, very moist and well baked. For some reason I wasn’t that thrilled with the frosting on these cupcakes which is odd, huh? They are about 3.50 a piece which is kinda the going rate these days for a really good cupcake. I ordered a half dozen and got one free. So far I tried the chocolate, red velvet, and mango pineapple, again the cake portion was very yummy. I tried the apple pie cupcake and enjoyed it all! Updated 05/29/18:After a missed delivery, my husband and I met with the owner. She explained fully what had happened, offered a full refund, the contents of the delivery, as well as offered a complimentary 10 person party. She was very genuine and explained what they were doing to prevent anything like this from happening in the future. Professionally handled. Very cute bakery with great cupcakes. I came in on a Saturday evening and need some party favors. The two guys were super nice and helpful. Got a "dozen" (14) cupcakes that everyone loved.

Cupcakes were really good, staff was friendly and accomdating. You can host birthday parties there and have all the kids play chef and create their own cupcakes.

Atmosphere and friendly staff and owner make this place incredible! It's bright, clean, colorful, and kid friendly. They offer free samples to help you try their delicious cupcakes and they are very kind and personable. A+++ I'm so impressed!

The cupcakes are good and flavourful, not overly sweet, although pricey. It's about $4 per cupcake, and almost double that to "create" your own. The location itself is clean and colorful.
