Stephen and his team came by my house to install three different fans in the bedrooms. He came on time and ready to work. O'Hagan Electric was recommended to me by a trusted source. They did such an outstanding job, and I am very happy with the work done. I needed a total of about 34 recessed ceiling lights throughout my residential home to be upgraded to newer LED lights, and a new light switch with dimmers. Some of the lights are on vaulted ceilings as well. Stephen and his staff are very professional, knowledgeable, & respectful. My newborn was sleeping in his room and they worked around his nap, finishing everything before he woke up. Stephen's communication skills are superb, he responds 100% and I love that he texts. I am so glad I had a professional such as Stephen to take care of my electrical issues, because there is no way I could have done this myself. I needed to move an electric outlet and install a vanity light in the bathroom for a small remodeling project. I got estimates from a couple of electricians. I picked O'Hagan Electric because their quote was the most reasonable. Steve returned my text message right away and was able to give me an appointment the next day. On the day of the appointment, Steve and his partner showed up 15 minutes early. Both of them were very professional. The project turned out to be slightly more complicated then originally expected. Steve was exactly what I was looking for: professional, knowledgable, punctual and friendly.  I've had so many problems with contractors that aren't accountable and I've learned my lesson.  We needed recessed lighting in the living room and some lights over the garage doors.  Steve's quote was fair and reasonable.  He was over in a couple of days and with Dan they did a great job.  He recommended abdrywall guy who is also excellent.The lights for the garage doors were hard to do but he managed it well, and even came back to tweak things a bit when I asked without being upset.All together a fantastic experience I would highly recommend. Great experience! We had a recurring issue causing frequent power outages for half of the house. I called in the late afternoon because the other electrician who had been helping us solve the problem stopped answering the phone or returning our calls for 2 days, Stephen from O'Hagan made a point to call me back very promptly, asked all the right questions and made a point to extend his day well after normal closing time to make sure we were taken care of the same day. The price for the house call was acceptable considering all that he did to fix the issue without ever even hinting that anything might cost extra. The real time electronic communication of the receipt and visit summary was also a very neat and efficient finish to the whole experience. Give these guys a call if you want prompt service, efficient work and a company that cares about meeting your needs (even adding a few things here and there). They added two fans and set the light switch to control both fan speed and dimming. They also installed recessed LED lighting on dimmer switches in the living room and installed plugs and LED lighting to the garage set for dimming too. We recently had O'Hagan Electric due several projects at our house including installing a new electrical panel, replacing all switches and plugs throughout the house, running a new dedicated 220 volt line for our induction stove, installing new LED recessed can lights, running a new dedicated line for part of the house, and installing NEMA 14/15 plug for electric car charger. Stephen is an absolute pro, and he shares knowledge with a friendly and approachable attitude. We had some breaker and outlet/junction box issues leading to loss of power. Being in a new home, we had previously been provided a contractor through our home warranty, which was a complete bust and unconcerned with the urgency of our issue. Stephen responded as quickly as he could (via Yelp request, and on a weekend), and acknowledged he would look into the issue another Yelper mentioned about his voicemail service alerting a full mailbox. He displayed professionalism and knowledge of his trade immediately, and he resolved the issues one at a time, detailing his intent and actions along the way to help me assess and correct issues myself in the future. Have you been looking for an electrician that is honest, dependable, and knowledgeable? How about an electrician that actually returns your call and shows up for an appointment? Sound familiar and too good to be true! Read on. I contacted O'HAGAN Electric on Wednesday 7/10 and to my surprise received a call back from Steve that same afternoon. We spoke briefly and that evening I sent Steve some pictures, my address, and other contact information. With my limited knowledge I thought the job would require adding a new circuit breaker to my electric panel, adding a new box on the wall, receptacle, switch and plate.Due to both our busy schedules Steve set an appointment with me for the following morning at 6:45 AM, yes, that is 6:45 AM to look the job over and provide me with an estimate. Steve arrived right on time with his stocked with parts truck, friend SIRI and his IPHONE. Steve spent a few minutes evaluating the electric panel and the existing circuit breakers. Next he dictated to Siri on his IPHONE what the job would require and a cost. In other words, he just dictated to SIRI my estimate. Turned out Steve found an existing circuit breaker in my panel that was not being used. Instead of setting another appointment for some time in the future, Steve set out to install a new box, switch, and run a 6-inch cable from the existing breaker to the switch box. All this was done in less than 30 minutes. Steve then got out his IPHONE and friend SIRI and created my invoice and a receipt for my payment. Then, SIRI sent me both a txt and email of the three documents. The best is yet to come. Steve saved me many dollars by being honest and trustworthy by using an existing breaker I did not know about, and for charging me a very nominal fee for his and SIRI's time. More...

I want to thank Stephen and his crew for the great job they performed on my older house. The work was extensive but he was able to complete it in 3 days. Everything was done to code and very professional in appearance. I would highly recommend him to friends and family. I had a problem with my kitchen lights. When I replaced a burned out LED bulb, turned on the light switch to check it, I heard a "pop" sound and all 10 of the LED's went dark! I checked the circuit breaker, but it was fine. I took all 10 bulbs out to see if I could discover anything unusual, like shorted wires, etc. Nothing worked. I called O'hagan electric because his reviews on Yelp are incredibly good. I read most all of them and decided that this was the guy to call.I was right!Steve walked into the house and introduced himself in a very friendly yet professional manner. I showed him the problem. He asked a few questions and immediately started checking the circuit breaker and light switches. We have 2 switches, one on each end of the kitchen. One of them is a three way with a dimmer switch. That's the one we rarely use.Steve discovered that the three way switch was faulty. He replaced the switch with a new one. LIGHTS!!It's not just that Steve fixed our lighting problem that I gave 5 stars, it's because of the very efficient way that he completed the job.
