Oh-really offers coaching for individuals or teams, helping them to understand where they are currently situated and where they want to be while unpacking the barriers and opportunities to getting there.

Through coaching, you will become aware of multiple perspectives and your options for responding to situations, contexts and people. Identifying patterns and being aware of triggers will help you identify why you’re currently behaving the way you are and opening up your awareness to choose to react differently.

As a coach I work with individuals and teams, I enquire what they want to achieve, what their currently reality looks like and the options available to them to move towards their goals. While discussing the pathway to achieving their goals I challenge my client’s thinking to ensure their goals are in line with their values and what it might mean for the individual or team to achieve their goals. Every decision we make in life impacts others and by unpacking why you want to make these changes you will go on a journey of discovery and realise it might be based on the network you operate in or the culture you were raised in.
