Phil has worked with me to conquer some issues around flying. He stood out for me against other therapists as he listened and clearly understood my issue, immediately put together a plan which gave me confidence, and each week has tried a new and relevant approach to moving the problem forward. Previous therapists have not listened very well, repeated back what I have just told them, or repeated the same approach week in week out.
