AWFUL. Have been trying to get in touch with them for over 3 months but absolutely no response. Constant emails, instagram messages and even turned up in person during supposed business hours (they were closed) we have not heard a thing. They've taken over £500 of our money for the intro to pottery course in November 2023 but have not responded to any attempt to get in touch. Appaling customer service. Now having to take them to the small claims court. What was supposed to be a lovely weekly activity has now turned completely sour. Avoid at all cost. More...
