This is one of the best Indian places around- especially for the convenience of counter service. The food was amazing. We got the lamb biryani and the chicken korma with garlic naan. It was fresh and perfectly spiced. We cannot wait to go back! More...
O'Desi Aroma has amazing food!! Been here multiple times for dine-in as well as take-out. They have a wide variety on their menu from basics to innovative dishes. Their service is also very prompt and they always make sure the guests are satisfied with their food. In all, you can feel and taste the love they put into the food they serve. More...
Loooooved it!!! My wife and I are hooked. Best Indian food I've had in two decades and the staff were welcoming and friendly. Never close!!!!!!!!
Food is really good but little pricey for the quantity!!!
The food was fresh and very tasty. Staff was very friendly and attentive.
The workers are friendly and attentive
Likes the food , service . We had dinner around 7 and it was not crowded at all. They have limited options in menu , we tried vegetarian and liked it.
Amazing food and great service. We have only had Indian food a few times but the owner was very nice about explaining the options. It was a fun experience and very tasty food. We will definitely be back! More...
This place is delicious! We ordered samosas, garlic naan, chicken butter masala, and pahadi. Everything was so flavorful and the staff were courteous and attentive. If we get the chance, we will come back! 10/10 would recommend. More...
Wonderful food, service, and atmosphere. Love it more every time I go. The chicken is tender, cooked to perfection. The sauces are unique, and full of flavor. Thanks for another great meal!
great food.. little bit delay but the food was worth waiting. . clean.. nice ambiance... Mr.Pavam. an employee there took some time to explain the items in the menu.
I like Indian cuisine, and the price and helpful, speedy service makes this place is perfect if you don't want a full buffet. I had the Lamb / Mutton Vindaloo with Rice, made spicy. It was amazing; carried home the rest for a late-night snack. Not too busy at 6:30 PM either. More...
One of our fav places to order food, Awesome food! Fav here is the seekh salad, kabab platter and dal makhni.
We have been several times. Also catered. Food is excellent. Quality and taste is maintained always. Best in the area!! Will go back and also cater again.
Really awesome North Indian fusion food..it's one of our favorite places in Dallas
I was very happy with my experience here. The food was delicious! I ordered the kadhai chicken curry and was not disappointed. The service was great as well. My friend ordered a vegan dish and when we got home she realized they had given her chicken. She called back and they had no problem making fit over and even delivered it to the door with no charge because of their mistake. I will definitely be going back here again. More...
This will be one of my favourite restaurant in Plano-Frisco area. As part of north india we are constantly looking for north Indian flavours and finally we found it. My wife loves their Dal Makhni. We have been here couple of times and tried paneer tikka and malai tikka and honestly we did not regret ordering it. I highly recommend O'Desi Aroma if you love North Indian flavours More...
Went on a Tuesday evening for early dinner, the place wasnt busy when we walked in.We ordered the chicken tikka masala and vindaloo-paneer both with naan. Food was served promptly, the naan was really good, so was the chicken tikka masala, the vindaloo didn't have balanced flavors, if felt like some chilli powdered was added last minute to make it spicy but they didn't balance the salt and other seasoning in there. We ordered extra naans because their naans were really small and left us hungry, we had some extra curries leftover to take home.We spent close to $30 for two entrees and 2 naans, so it is pricey for a non-full service restaurant, but definitely try their butter naan and garlic naan More...
The best kebabs I have eaten in all of DFW area... The chicken kebabs were melt in the mouth soft with yummy flavors. Had curries as well.. and felt back home in Delhi!!! The food is North Indian comfort food. The Mango Lassi was a great refresher on a warm day. The staff was very warm and hospitable as they kept on checking with me if I wanted anything or how the food was. Things like this make you feel welcomed and I sure do want to come again and again,.. even if it means I will have to drive all the way from Dallas to get there :) More...

Delicious North Indian food! Mild spice employed on curries. Excellent all you can eat deals as well! The naan is always freshly made!
They have a variety of things on the menu and all delicious!! It's almost like. Semi- fast food but super delicious! I got the Chicken Tikka Masala with garlic naan bread and it was sooo yummy!!
Wow! Indian fast food that tastes great too!?!? Fantastic place to go with family with generous portions. Kids plates definitely left over for the following day and we all know chicken curry the following day is even better. I had the wings and they were phenomenal..best way to describe them Hooters breaded wings goes to India. I bet they would taste even better if they weren't breaded but still the masala and flavor were perfect. We also had the kebabs and they too were generous portions. Can't go wrong with this place with price point and quality of food. Hope their margins support the portions would hate to see them go out of business. More...
Their mutton biryani is my favorite! Their naan is always fresh. I can't stop eating it!Most of all, I also appreciate restaurants who give their staff lunch and time to sit down and eat. Thank you for taking care of the staff. More...
Excellent food! We keep going back for their kabobs, biryani, Oda Chaat, and much more! Consistently delicious! The owner is friendly too!
Outstanding Indian cuisine, very casual atmosphere. Met the owner, who was very kind. Chicken kabobs that we’re super tender and juicy (not one bit dry, like most kabobs) and seasoned to perfection. Nothing was too spicy, but just right. Loved the kabobs, Oda dip, tikka stir fry, and an awesome lentil, cashew and butter based dessert. Definitely ate too much of everything. No regrets! More...
I love the food and the people very friendly
Very impressed with this place! My mother enjoyed this place so much that she had to take me here for her second visit.Food was super delicious! I ordered the spicy chicken tikka biryani. It was perfectly spiced, chicken was super juicy and tender, and the yogurt sauce was ah-mazing. I love how they added extra protein (eggs) on top. The butter naan bread was really yummy as well.As for the service, it was impeccable. The workers were very welcoming and friendly. Even though it's one of those restaurants that do not have waiters (kinda like Chipotle), they still regularly checked up on us and recommended what to try out next time.5 stars for sure. Will definitely be back very soon! More...
Went here for the first time the other day, the food was amazing and the restaurant is clean and nice. Our experince was made even more marvellous by Heidi’s spectacular customer service and attention to detail. She went above and beyond to ensure our first time experience was incredible. Will definitely be back. More...
Brilliant Service at Dinner, and great preparation by Chef! Quick kitchen and convenient ordering. Closest Kebabs you could compare with North Indian taste. Desserts and drinks are equally impressive! Prefer Dinner over lunch here personally. More...
Loved the non veg thali and mutton biryani I had with my family a week ago. What's best is that each dish tasted close to authentic Indian food that I had growing up in Mumbai (for me to even say close for Indian food is me being extremely picky). The mutton biryani didn't taste like just substituting chicken for mutton but rather tasted very different and I enjoyed the flavors! I never thought I would like the thali that other family members got which had unlimited Roti's and refills on each item inside the thali. Mango lassi was average. The reason for 5 stars (4 for food and 1 for service) is due to their amazing service and attention to coming and asking how food tasted as well as what else is needed at our table. Really hope this place is successful and does not end up like one of the many other Indian places where quality goes down with time! More...
The food is amazing!! I love spicy and they do not hold back. I have been to lets say 3 to 4 different Indian restaurants and this one is by far the best. The tikka masala, korma, khadai all are my favorites!! Yummy! More...
I was slightly disappointed with this place. I have visited this place many times before and it's always good. But this time I felt something was lacking taste wise in the mutton dish. The chicken tikka masala was good as always and I am in love with their chicken malai kabab! More...
The ODA concept definitely makes it stand out from all the other Indian restaurants in the area. Good quality, flavoursome food but slightly overpriced. Impressive food presentation as well. Very friendly and welcoming staff. More...
Great place with good food, clean restaurant, and pretty quick for lunch. Only call out, watch for the sneaky up charge - several times when I've ordered at the end, when they repeat my order back to me, they say with a side of naan when I didn't mention naan. A side of naan is an extra $2. Definitely a tactic to increase your check. I don't appreciate that maneuver. You can do a suggestive sell and ask but don't tack it on when I didn't say it. More...
Nice and very good Food and attractive environment. Service was really good and fast.
Had ordered to go... the Tikka chicken kabob with salad (dressing has a nice light spice to it) and Roti... Super yum. People are so very friendly there, clean atmosphere... Thanks for a great meal
This is one of the best Indian restaurant in the area. We have catered food twice from them and food was big hit both the times. There achari pahadi kebabs and moong daal halwa are the best in Dallas. More...
We had been to this place whenever we go frisco side. Food is awesome & the person who takes the order has a ability to listen & patiently takes the order & people who works there are nice too. Great food, very friendly staff. Really enjoyed the experience. We had both the veg and nonveg thalis for lunch, and both were well made with lots of variety and tasty food. They also give unlimited reservings in the thalis. More...
O Desi Aroma, is nice place weekend Thali. Manager and serving team are good and keeps paying attention towards customers.
Good food. Goat biryani was spicy and was delicious. Chicken korma was okay. Will try their other dishes.
When you walk in, you know you're in the right place right away. The aroma just hits you in the nose. Not knowing much about most of the items on the menu, I needed lots of help and patience from the guy at the counter. He recommended chicken murgh nazakat and garlic naan, and I concurred. The main dish was really delicious. The creamy, yellowish sauce was rich and flavorful. I'm sure it had lots of other species that I didn't know about. And the chicken was super moist and tender. The naan was just as good as the main dish. It was so toasty, garlicky, nicely charred and lightly greased. Dipped in the creamy sauce, it was just heavenly good. Wished I had more naan. The menu has many other items, including one of my favorites, mutton biryani. If you like kebabs, you can try their chicken kebab. Last but not least, you'll also find a variety of curries, such as tikka masala, makhani, and korma. If you still have room afterward, you can try a dessert. Gulab jamun won't disappoint you. More...
Nice Desi restaurant.. the lady in front received very well and was checking on the customers and explaining things... the food is not spicy and even kids could handle it!! Will visit next time
This was our first time to order from ODA. We were very pleased with our meals: Chicken Vindaloo Curry, Chicken Tikka Biryani, and the child's Makhani Curry Bowl, plus one each of the Roti and Garlic Naan. The child's food was not (spicy) hot at all yet had a wonderful taste. Since it was a pick-up order, not all of us saw the restaurant, but the report was that it was clean, modern, and packed with diners--always a good sign! More...
After reading reviews on Yelp, we decided to go try the Weekend Thali, and we were not disappointed! My wife ordered the Veg Thalli and I had the Non-Veg Thalli. We were informed it was "unlimited" and it was really unlimited. The good thing is that they serve you a decent portion and then you can ask for refills of things that you want. Now the food. There was nothing on my plate that I did not like. Everything on the plate was cooked well, was fresh and had good flavor. However, I will say that the Raita, the Daal Makhani, and the Naan stood out. The Raita was thick and cool, the Daal was thick and creamy but not too much and the Naan was flaky and was not thick. The Spice Level is mild considering typical "Indian Palate", and not at all "greasy or oily". Folks who want to try Indian food but fear the "next day morning" effect, this is the place to start your journey My only comment about the Non-Veg Thali was that there were two chicken dishes on my plate and while both had distinct flavor both were cilantro/mint based gravy. A different gravy base can push the Thalli to a different level. The restaurant is spacious, very clean and modern. The service is exceptional, personal but not intrusive. Our server even tried his best to persuade us to eat more. More...
Real deal Indian food! Dad got the medium spicy lamb tikka and was in the "hurts so good" category! I got the chicken tikka kabobs and the chicken was so soft... perfect! Garlic naan is thin and delicious. Will definitely be back soon More...
ODA catered my anniversary party and provided a delicious spread for over 100 people. Every dish had a distinctive taste that pleased every palate. Almost every guest asked me where the food was from because they loved it. The owner Hitesh was a pleasure to work with. The portions were generous too! I highly recommend that you try ODA catering- you will not be disappointed. More...
Good theme.... Food needs some improvement (Curry was too liquidy; must admit the taste was good)
Location is in a very competitive area. Several other places to eat within walking distance.Parents and I decided to try it out because they won gifts cards at a prior event. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Food was hot and fresh. We ordered medium heat.....wow it was flavorful and good. Also had the Samos which were oven hot and tasty. Plum sauce didn't care for. We had the mutton biryani with some naan. The yogurt that came with biryani help to tame down the heat of the food. Also had a mango lassi which dad really loved. The owner stopped by our table to see how everything was and asked if we needed anything else. I forgot his name, caring and attentive. Very nice and wanted to take care of us. Numerous items on menu to try, even a buffet on weekends. Will definitely be back. More...
we went there on thaali weekend 11.99$ lunch unlimited .. few places where this thali serving system works . and boy was it worth it ..we had pure veg due to festival but mala kofta and saag pannerr was great. they serve naan/ roti on the table .. my star of the dish was the melt in mouth mung halwa !! I had like 5 of them so that's my money's worth.. our freinds had the chicken thali and it had butter chicken and saag chicken .. both thalis has rice and chole and raita along with salad .. I wish I could click pictures but we were busy eating up .. we would go back for sure it is worth the distance going. the owner is a humble smiling man who came to the table to have a chitchat /feedback.He also served us himself !! Love these little gestures they go a long way .. will be back soon thanks More...

The thali was awesome ..... the best gulab jamun in dallas it was just like india ... freaking awesome
Delicious food. A must visit restaurant for anybody who loves Indian food. Everything that we ordered was very nice. The only negative point is that the place is small and it becomes congested during peak hours.
Tried this place for the first time. Had a Kebab with rice chickpeas and a side of bread. Delicious! I'll definitely be back!!

Amazing food, don't miss their weekend Thali. It's Yummy...
OMG... just tried a new dish they will debut on June 11th. It's called Nilimiri ( I think). It was so delicious. A must try!
I love Indian food and I've been on the hunt for a good chicken vindaloo which was been rather difficult, but I've finally found it here! After building up an appetite at the mall I wanted something good and hearty and this place was close so I decided to finally check it out. I came in to a light crowd and no line so I looked at the menu a few moments then decided on the chicken vindaloo extra spicy, garlic naan and an order of samosas. That all came to 18 dollars, a little more than I was expecting but I anticipated it would be good and I was not disappointed! Everything looked on point and it tasted even better. The chicken vindaloo was delicious and was extra spicy as I requested, the chicken was plentiful and it was pretty close in taste to my favorite Indian restaurant which is now to far for me to frequent. The garlic naan bread though good was not the best I've had but I'll say the samosas was the thing I won't bother to get again. The samosas were 5 dollars for two which is way to much and it's your standard samosa, nothing special. This place surprised me with how good it was so I can't wait to return! More...
Amazing place ! Well managed and friendly staff. The Kebab platter was the best I had in Texas till date. The garlic naan and chicken was very fresh. One of the best service in an Indian restaurant I ever got.

We really liked the food, ambiance and very friendly staff. We went there on Mother's day and it was completely packed and there was a bit of wait time. We are planning to go again soon and would recommend the place to anybody who is looking for authentic Indian food. More...
The mutton biriyani is world class and the chicken tikka platter is really good. It is like eating biryani in Delhi.
Awesome and authentic! This is my new FAVORITE Indian restaurant! Good portions without huge prices. Casual atmosphere with LOTS of great flavors!!
I had the lamb Kadahi curry with rice. It was tasty with a good spice balance. Not quite as flavorful as some of the other local Indian restaurants, and the rice was dry. They are also a bit slow at order taking and food delivery. Pricing is reasonable and portions are large. I'd go back if in the area and craving Indian. I just wouldn't go out of my way. More...
Clean, trendy, and absolutely delicious for a great price! I ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala Spicy with rice and my friend ordered the Chicken Vindaloo spicy with naan. The food was absolutely flavorful, and tasty! There were so many spices that complimented each other and there were such generous portions for the each of us paying only $10! The naan was perfectly crisp yet soft! The tikka Masala wasn't overbearing in tomato flavor and it had a perfect kick that makes your nose runny but not to where you'd cry your eyeballs out. I personally liked the tikka Masala more than the vindaloo but that's because it's my favorite and a total classic. Everything was around $10 here and they have a weekend buffet for $12 as well! I definitely want to come back for that.It was very clean in this restaurant, no dirty tables which was pleasant. It's spacious, more modern than a traditional Indian restaurant like Mumtaz or Spice N Rice, and it had a fairly cute aesthetic. I really liked this place! Cherry on top? Service was awesome! Everyone here is very friendly! More...

Paneer tikka skewers are best as always Weekend thali is injurious to your weightless program
One of the rare place to find lip smacking good Indian food in DFW area. They have limited options and a short menu which is perfect and doesn't demand to have name sake items , instead they have best of all in short format. In starter we had Kabab platter, jalapeño aallo tiki , pakoras, and chilly paneer. Pakora and paneer chilly were awesome though I was little disappointed with kabab as some of the variants were little hard. Presentation of the dishes were awesome, staff was very good and overall ambience of the place is awesome. In the main course we had daal makahani, channa masala and chicken tikka masala - awesome .. awesome .. awesome. All three dishes were prepared with great care and tastes awesome. We had some garlic naan and butter naan, perfectly cooked unlike other Indian joints where either you will get the frozen naan heated in microwave or hyper fermented with yeast. Our server offer us earlier to replace kebab platter which we refused, he came back with complimentary desert in the end which was like cherry on the cake. Moong daal halwa and gulab jamun which was out of the world.Overall it was an awesome experience and not to miss if you are looking for good Indian food in DFW area. More...

I go here regularly for eat-in or take-out. The food is consistently good and they have a good selection of options. Service is always fast and friendly.I recommend the saag/spinach masala with paneer - my favorite dish so far. My wife loves their pindi channa with rice (it's a side but we can eat it as a meal). If you want both rice and naan it is extra - that would be my only complaint.Otherwise this is a great (and fast) option for Indian food in the Plano/Frisco area! More...

Love for kebabs and Best Indian food ever had in DFW..
I found this place using the Yelp app, I was craving Saag paneer and Chickpea curry! It was a little before lunch time when I strolled in. The place was semi busy, not overly crowded there were a few tables open. I was promptly greeted by a staff member who handed me a menu and took my order. I ordered the Saag Paneer, Chickpea Curry, Chicken Tikka Masala and a Mango Lassi. After placing my order I was offered water while I waited, but declined as I decided to walk over to The Container Store to search for a tea tin. The entire process of ordering was quick and seamless. The staff was kind and attentive! When I returned, a staff member handed me my food and asked me if I needed plastic flatware, I'm glad he asked because most places forget. The Mango lassi was delicious, it was not too sweet and had the perfect ratio of mango to yogurt! The Chicken Tikka Masala was flavorful and the chicken was tender. The Chickpea curry was a little spicy but that's just the way I like it! The Saag Paneer was the only dish that I didn't like because it was loaded with corn, I never had Saag Paneer with corn. It wasn't listed as one of the ingredients on the menu so I had no way of knowing it was in the dish. I try to avoid corn, so I contacted the manager and he was very understanding and offered to replace the dish with the same dish or with any other dish off the menu. I opted for the Saag Paneer again this time without corn and it was scrumptious! Overall, everything I tried was well-seasoned and tasty. I'll definitely return! More...
I asked for a catering order for 30 people and fed 50. It was amazing food, reasonably priced and some of the best Indian cuisine I've ever tasted. GO HERE.
Had lunch today at O Desi Aroma, overall it was a very pleasant experience. Even though the Thali was expensive for the number of items in the menu compared to the spread you would get in regular Indian buffet for 15$. But the quality of the food was very good. Except the Alli curry which was below par , every other dish was very tasty and no compromise in quality. I reduced 1 star because the service was bit slow for the naan. After we ordered naan we had to wait almost 15 minutes to get it. Overall nice experience, hope they consider the price, which is a little bit steep for the limited Thali with unlimited rice and naan. More...
We tried O'Desi's for lunch. The food was great, best naan I've ever eaten. We will be back. We plan to go back for dinner tomorrow.
This is a great place! I have ordered take out several times and everything was great, they use good quality ingredients especially the meat. The staff is always very friendly and helpful! I ordered food from hea through uber eats, the lacha parta and the naan were really good, the panner tikka curry was also good but it could have been better if it was thick and not watery..
I had been craving boneless chicken biryani all week long so I called them early to place a pick up order. I also ordered roti with butter. On the phone, I said chicken and the man on the phone said lamb. I said no, chicken. He told me they weren't open yet and that it would be ready 15 minutes after they opened. I hesitated and was about to cancel when he said he would check. I was told my order would be ready in 10 minutes. Yay! I was happy because I had another appointment close by. After waiting in the car a few minutes, I walked in. I paid and waited a minute more for my order. The roti was finishing up in the oven. I expressed my delight in having fresh bread and he joked that it was their first bread of the day. The service was quick and friendly, so it bumped my review from 3-1/2 stars to 4 stars. The issue I have is I still got lamb. It's not that it didn't taste good, because it did. And I got plenty of tender, tasty lamb with it. But I wanted chicken! I have been craving it all week and was looking forward to it. It's like the universe is conspiring against me having chicken biryani (I went to two different places on Monday and they were closed; no signage or any explanation as to why they were closed).Ok, whining aside, their portions are also slightly less than what I get at other places. Also, they didn't give me my butter. Will try them again probably. More...

I love Indian food, and I've eaten it in many places - however, I have never been to India but would love to visit one day. Strip mall Indian food reaches an new high for me at O'Desi! In fact, this may be the best Indian food I've ever had. What a terrific surprise to right here in Frisco, Texas. I also really enjoyed the relaxed family atmosphere while I ate, surrounded by Indian families have dinner together. I'm here for a week for work, and I'm already planning to come back! More...
I absolutely love this place. It's close to work, the service is fast, the people are always friendly, and the food is delicious. I come here all the time with my coworkers. We usually order take out and eat it at work. The few times I've eaten here for dinner was when I took my friends that have never tried Indian food before. This place is a little less strong on the spice levels, so it's great for those who have never had Indian food before and wanted to try it. The portions here are quite large. The some of my favorites include the chicken tikka masala, the biriyanis, and the oda chaat. As for the drinks go, you have to try the mango lassi. It is so good. Overall, this place it great. It is definitely a must try. More...
Great place to get some decent indian food fast! Not the best Indian food I've ever had but pretty good.FOOD: I got the pahadi chicken kebab with rice and a lentil gravy. The chicken was cooked well and you can tell it was marinated since it was green but it didn't have much of a standout flavor. The lentil gravy on the other hand was flavorful with a kick, delicious with the rice! If you love REALLY spicy food, the spiciest thing on the menu may be the samosas which were my favorite thing there! They were filled with potatos and peas and came alongside two great dipping sauces (the dark red sweet one was my favorite).ATMOSPHERE: High ceilings, modern fast food, not sure how else to describe it but it's very nice and clean. Ordering is pretty straight forward, you choose an entree and they bring it to your seat. You get your own utensils but the manager was very kind and got mine for me.I will definitely be back! P.S. Sometimes they have specials on their chai and samosas. The chai wasn't great but it was $6 total including 2 samosas, not bad! More...
We have never had a bad experience and order to go at least once a month. Love their chicken tikka masala!

Food Chef bhaji, Owner - Rohit bhaji, Ambience all great. We have always got great service with good quality food. Keep it up !
I was looking for a place that solid awesome chicken masala and I think I found it. The flavor was good and spicy. I will definitely will be back and plan to take the whole family as they all had a bite ans felt the food was yummy. Next time I will try one of the other flavors and make my way around the menu. My favorite place for a quick bite!! Love the chicken vindaloo and briyani!!!
Really good fast Indian food. I love that flexibility options, and the chicken tikka masala was flavorful. Clean, warm, and cash wrap people were friendly. I've recommended it to friends and would definitely come back. More...
Amazing food. Tried the chicken tikka Biryani,Achari kabab and Murgh nazakat..all of them were amazing..would definitely recommend this place
Decent Indian food. We tried this once as a dine-in option, and once via Uber eats.- Chaat: Flavourful but not too spicy. There's a good amount of yogurt in this dish.- Skewered paneer: Comes with rice and channa masala. This was okay - the paneer could have used more marinade.- Chicken tikka wrap: Flavourful and a good portion size. Service was a little slow when dining in, but this could have been because it was on a holiday. More...
We visited this place for the first time today while randomly driving around Frisco. This is in a very easy to find location with ample parking. We got the Skewered Chicken and Paneer tikka masala. It was heavenly!! Got the Ras malai and it was great too.The service was prompt and friendly. Will be coming back here for sure. More...
Excellent food and great service. We ate the chicken biryani, kababs and chicken curry. Spice levels reminded me of levels back home in India. Overall very tasty food. Highly recommended. More...
This is the Indian food place to go to. Kudos to the whole team of ODA. Amazing taste and great recipes and it's really finger licking good. Our party size was 12 adults 2 kids and 2 infants and nobody felt that there is a gap in service or quality. Every penny is worth it and we almost tried all the appetizers, briyanis and Naans and everything tasted so great that we would like to recommend this place to everyone out there and would definitely come again. No doubt that moong dal halwa is a must try in desserts. Hi we visited the restaurant for the first time today and we loved it! The service was great, they explained the menu compared to other Indian restaurants. One more thing I would add on your menu is Indian coffee or filter coffee. I would def. be coming back for more food! More...

So delicious I have to pace myself by not eating here everyday!!!
good indian is hard to find in certain parts of the USA and i'm glad i came across o'desi aromaexcellent value, good food, definitely would return
We love biryani here and few curries.. We took to go most of the times but it happened that one Saturday we decided to dine in and I got sick from the room fresher which they had sprayed . My throat started hurting after coming home. Special request- please don't spray any strong room fresher that would keep people like me away. More...
It is a nice humble place We tried the biryani North Indian style and it was great and everyone was helpful so the staff gets 5 tare

Best north Indian restaurant in Plano ... Awesome Paneer Tikka masala ... Garlic naan was simply superb ... Must try.. will surely visit next time to explore some of their chicken dishes ...
The biriani is awesome and coriander mint raita is a great twist on the traditional. Loved the naan options and Manisha introduced me to a new dessert .... moong dal halwa. She was super sweet and helpful. The entire staff is quick and nice. Great find when in the area More...

Love this place, great food and friendly service!
The food is delicious and flavorful, even the Chickpeas was so soft which melts in mouth.everything tasted finger licking good !Naan was soft and tasty .dont have enough words to describe.Anthony Bourdain would love it !! The problem we found were it was not clean ,2tables were not cleared for a long time.there were crumbs on the floor ,maybe it was a slow weekend. I also saw the cleaning pumps on the counter facing the seats which was not aesthetically appealing. The decor is good and the big painting of spices made us drool :) More...
Excellent service and great atmosphere!!! They came and asked us if we liked the food since it was our first time!!! Very friendly!!! Will be coming back here!!!
I am very delighted to get authentic flavorful Indian food here. Excellent kebab I have tried all their kebab and they are extremely flavorful....meat is tender and nicely marinated with spices. Nothing is overpowering and very pleasant on palate. Service is wonderful and owner is extremely nice. Really recommend it to anyone who is craving for North Indian food . Go and try this place you won't regret. More...
I love Indian food. But recently with the influx of new Indian restaurants around the metroplex, it's been a lot of the same food with around the same quality. O'Desi Aroma sets itself apart from all the other Indian restaurants in the dallas area. One thing I love about this place is that there is no buffet. Often times, Indian buffets will have decent food sacrificing on the freshness of the food itself. This restaurant doesn't have any prepared options prior to you entering the door. All the food is made and served fresh. The only knock I have is that we did have to wait quite a bit for our food to reach our table, but the overall flavor and freshness of the food made it all worth the while. So if you've got time to wait for your meal, you can't go wrong here. More...
This is my favorite desi restaurant. Food is great, atmosphere is friendly. My server Zain was very knowledgeable and friendly.
Awesome food. Better service by owners - Hitesh, Rohit.
Limited menu, but REALLY good. Great flavor and we will definitely get this place into our weekly routine.
I can't stop thinking about the chicken tikka masala from this place. It is the best!!!!
Visited this restaurant for a group lunch from work. Food and service were excellent in every way. Smiles from the staff from beginning to end. I've had chicken biryani a million times but this North Indian Chicken Biryani recipe was without a doubt one of the absolute best. Prices are very reasonable. Decor is simple, yet very chic. No one in my group was disappointed, just the opposite we were all very pleased and have every intention of spreading the word and being repeat customers. Rock on. More...
My favorite item here is the kebabs. It's a must have. I did order the biryani but it was over cooked. I informed the owner and he allowed us to order something else in its place. I also ordered the pesto naan which was more like a paratha. It was amazing. I definitely will return for some more kebabs. More...
Great food - only Indian restaurant in Plano area which understands spicy level to hit right spot. Combine that with Chili flakes Bread (Lachha Naan with Chilli Flakes and Oregano), you'll be sweating! If you eat in restaurant, food is served really hot as orders are prepared per individual. I hope this restaurant maintain quality over long term! More...
We were here for a late lunch today and to our surprise, we weren't alone. We ordered Pahadi Tikka which was served interestingly with some rice and chhole, Murg Nazakat was subtle yet flavorful, butter naan and mutton biryani was one of the better ones we've tried in Dallas area! Their Mango Lassi is really good too! All in all, we enjoyed our lunch and a must visit for all foodies looking for good quality food and a place we would certainly frequent. And it is Zabihah Halal More...
Food is awesome, probably the best achari kebab I have had in Dallas. The moong daal halwa was mind blowing as well!!However the reason for my 4 star is the quantity. It is very less than most standard restaurants. Moong daal halwa was only 2-3 spoons which is less compared to prices. Please improve on that More...
Best Indian food in the Fridge and Plano area!! Really quick service, too! They have a few beer and wine options and the shop is very spacious.
I had the Chicken Vibdaloo medium spicy, rice, garlic nan and Mango Lassi. Tasted very good, big portion and inexpensive around $12. I will come back.

Tried this today at lunch. Awesome food. Very fresh.
I've had a couple of meals from here (one dine in, one via UberEats), and I'm a fan! The menu is fairly simple, but the food is delicious. Here's what I've tried:Lamb Kalimiri - Featuring tender chunks of lamp in a creamy cashew curry sauce with black pepper and onion, it had a nutty taste with a modest heat, and a velvety texture. The meat was nicely cooked. I also selected chili flake & oregano naan, which was absolutely delicious, with the oregano adding a nice background flavor and not overpowering. Chicken Makhani Curry - This was fairly close to tikka masala for my taste buds, but yet a little different. It's a creamy tomato base, but has more spice and flavor than the tikka masala. Lamb Vindaloo - A nice example of the classically very spicy dish, this one was very solid. The heat level was quite high, but not excruciating, and the characteristic sour taste was evident as well. It was a very good curry. Makhani Arancini - These were little panko coated balls of paneer, rice, and chicken, and were a delicious appetizer. They weren't really spicy, but had plenty of flavor. Overall, a very good first and second impression. The food delivered by UberEats held up particularly well, and was comparable to the in-restaurant experience in terms of quality. Definitely give this place a try! More...
Went by the restaurant with group of friends. Had great time sitting is convenient and service is amazing. Upon asking for there special they presented there dish very well and of course I went with it and wasn't wrong it was "Murgh Nazakat" something different and delicious. Will be coming back here again for sure. Best place for team lunch for sure. If I had to suggest on improving one thing it would be adding a TV. But I am sure it's coming very soon as place like this will be fun to grab quick food and watch football! More...
Nice restaurant and must place to visit. Great food and good price. And the staff was really pleasing.
Always friendly service. My usual is the classic curry - chicken with tikka masala sauce with rice, and it is DELICIOUS! Price points are great. Minus one star because of the 5 times I've been here, twice the food didn't taste as fresh and flavorful as other times, and because of the 20 minutes I had to wait for my order although I called it in ahead of time. Other than that, great place! More...
My chicken tikki masala and kadhai were delicious!! The server at the register was very helpful. We'll be back for sure!
Oh my my! You should go to this place unless you have some allergy to spices in Indian food. Their food is so mouth-watering. Staff are very friendly and helps when you are not familiar with the names on the menu. I recently had white curry with cashew nut cream sauce whatever..on the menu called 'something different'(?) and it was heaven! More...
My favorite Indian restaurant changed ownership and the food was not good anymore, so I was looking for a new spot around Plano. I saw O Desi Aroma when I was going to Halal Guys, and my co-workers talked highly of it. So my partner in crime gave it a try. The owner/manager was working the cashier and as we were letting other people go ahead of us so we could review the menu, he took the time to ask "was this our 1st time here?" when we said "yes" he took a good 1 to 2 minutes asking what we like. When I told him I love a good Chicken Masala and he said "I recommended the Chicken Tikka Biryani." I said no because it was my 1st time and I wanted to go with my comfort/ go to food when I visit a new place. I was not disappointed! The chicken was flavorful and juicy. Along with that I garlic naan. After we got our food and we were eating, the owner was walking around asking how the food was and if "we were not happy with it let me know!" I walked out of there very happy and said that I will be back! A week later we were talking about where to go get dinner and we wanted to give O Desi Aroma a second try. You know, was it as good as you thought it first was! When we walked in the manager was right at the cashier and when he saw us he said "hey guys! welcome back!" Now, food aside just the attention to customer service has blown me away. And that alone is a key reason I would tell you to go try O Desi Aroma! He thanked us for coming back and asked us what we were in the mood for. I wanted to try the wrap this time. I had the lamb this time and it was very flavorful. It had a bit of spice with it, and I was okay with that. When I took my 1st bite in the wrap had perfect blend of meat to sauce. Well, I was so happy eating the wrap, the meat fell out of my wrap onto my shoe. In short: Give it a try! More...

This is the second time in this week we are having food from here. My daughter loves their chicken makhni. Thank you for such amazing and tasty food.
Freshly prepared and awesome taste. Very much recommendable..
Have been to the restaurant a couple of times. The kebabs and chat are delicious. Mutton biryani was not flavorful. Chicken Nazakat was just okay as well. Rest of the curries are really good. Service is slow. More...

Excellent place for quick bite. We went with entire family and everyone was very helpful and accommodating. And the food is great my favorite is chaat and chicken tikka masala. And red grill chicken not sure which one that is also very good. Must try their sweet halwa. More...
I ordered the chicken tikka masala curry with naan as a To Go order and it tasted great! They also gave some rice on the side as a freebie...I'm assuming since it was close to closing time. The food tasted fresh with great flavor and a good amount of spice. The staff and owner/manager was very friendly. If you are extremely hungry I'd recommend adding some extra naan or rice to your order. Otherwise the portion size is good. I will definitely be coming back! More...
Terrific place! The food tastes fresh, authentic and unique. We ate here on a recent visit to Dallas and I was glad we picked this over the Halal Guys next door. The manager recommended a few things to try and it did not disappoint. Service was quick, the staff was attentive and above all, the food was impressive! I would recommend this to anyone who wishes to try authentic North Indian cuisine in a casual setting. The owners are clearly focused on a small menu and doing it right, versus pandering to every palate and messing it up (very common with most Indian restaurants).2 thumbs up! More...
Finally a wonderful Indian restaurant that is not South Indian. I am South Indian, but plano has too many South Indian restaurants and no variety. We tried the chicken tikka masala, the cashew chicken and chicken kebabs all of them were pretty tasty. The naan can improve but was still very soft and tasty. More...

Great little Indian Fast Food restaurant that's takes a different spin on tradition in Frisco. It's modern with bright yellow colorful benches and honeycomb tabletops. There's a choose your own style of kebab and curries as well as a set menu and all very simple which makes for quick ordering and prep. I chose the vegetable kadhai curry with naan, which is one of the few vegan dishes you can order. There's more vegetarian options, but they primarily have dairy ingredients. The kadhai was very flavorful, bursting with spice complimenting the tomato base, carrots, potatoes and green beans. The naan had a nice crisp char and soft center. Enjoyed my experience and I'll definitely be back next time I'm in the area. More...
Just stopped by here for lunch. Everything we tried was great but the paneer tikka was excellent. The right balance of spices and soft, succulent paneer. The tikkis (small plates) were very flavorful. The restaurant itself was clean and well decorated. The staff was very helpful and gave us some great tips. We will definitely be back! More...
So I'm super upset with myself because I didn't take a picture of my food. I was super hungry and it completely skipped my mind. I was completely overwhelmed in a good way looking at the menu because I honestly wanted everything on the menu all at once. I settled on the Classic Kebabs section. I got the Tikka Chicken Wrap with a side of Chili Flake & Oregano Roti. My friend ordered the Chicken curry with a side of Naan. Wrap came out on a plate with a sauce smear of hummus. All of the flavors came rushing in at once. I was dipping my Roti in the hummus soaking up the juices that were coming from the wrap. I was all around pleased and happy with my meal. I actually got up to go order a dessert but was let down that they were all dairy option and since I am lactose I couldn't try any of them. That would be my only downside of the review. More...
Would rate 4.5 starts if I could. Good food and different approach to Indian food. A little on expensive side. Only thing I would suggest if they could work on Malai taste add some appetizersBring bill to table to turn tables faster
OMGahhhh!! This was soooo good! By far the best Vindaloo I have ever had and the chicken was not over cooked!! Soo scrumptious I will def be ordering from here again! Great Job!

Amazing! Fantastic service, very friendly and inviting staff and the flavor of the food is incredible! I brought my Chilean wife here for her first experience with Indian food and now it's her favorite she says. Definitely check this place out!
Beautiful and refreshing ambience! Great place. The food was excellent!
Food was great!! Nice atmosphere and good service. My spouse and I ordered something spicy and boy was it! Just how we like it.
Had the wrap, paneer is fantastic!! Friend got the veg tikka- the sauce is sweet tomato with the kick of spice, got a medium heat level and all the flavors where still present. Add of naan with meal was only $1... verses the $2-3 at other places. This was going to be a 4star, little loud inside. BUT an elderly couple came in, someone from the staff went to the door & greeted them, helped take their order at the seats they chose, & then went to get their drinks. The staff was nice and we could tell they definitely care about their customers - this was a "try something new" but we will be back!! More...

I have to mention, the lady at the counter taking orders is very nice and courteous. Perhaps the extra star should go to her. More...

Been there couple of times and it's good to see Indian restaurant with a different concept from the usual curries. I came to this place on a search of Indian restaurants in and around Plano.. Been here 3 times already and each time the dishes were done very well without the usual heavy use of oil and spices.
Been there about 5-7 times with and without friends and I think this is the best Indian food around, hands down ! To start with, it's quick and simple to order. Good old Kingfisher beer is the icing on the cake. The food comes quickly and the best part, it's real plates and silverware - unlike the usual uLtra cheap useless plastic spoon and fork Indian joints are notorious for. Nice and shiny silverware !My fav is definitely the Chicken Tikka Masala Biriyani ...mmm. Go for the Pahadi Kabab - it's beyond good. Special nite about the mint chutney - it has none of the bite of usually mint, it's very tasty.Just writing this is making me want some now ! More...
My new favorite go to spot!!! When you come make sure you get the Dal, Tikka Masala and Oda Chaat. Yummy to my tummy
Food was outstandingly delicious. We found the menu to be complicated. We needed the manager's help to decode it.
We drove all the way from southlake to try the place and boy were we happy !! The food was amazing -authentic North Indian , the ambience was pleasing and the manager was kind enough to ask us if we needed anything - something you don't get to see often in an Indian dining place !The makhani arancini was to die for! Who knew that Indian- Italian fusion would even work?! My 2 yr old son stuffed his face and ate it all up in no time ! The biryani and chicken curry was fantastic ! We will be coming down here more often to savor some delicious desi food ! Only wish they would open another restaurant here in southlake! More...

Really loved our dinner here tonight! First of all, the two gentlemen that work here are extremely sweet and attentive! We ordered a biryani and a suggestion from the owner, Murgh Nazakat, and loved them both. The flavors took us back home and our LO enjoyed everything on her plate as well - including the cheese naan (also a suggestion by the owner). There are so many things that look appetizing on their spread. We loved the casual environment too. We will definitely be back with friends to explore more of their menu! Thank you for a great meal!! Had the chicken achari wrap and it was great. Definitely recommend trying the place
Had gone with family and friends and so got to sample a few different entrees. The chicken sheekh kabob was delicious, and went really well with the green chutney. The only regret that I had was that I should have got the skewers instead of the wrap because the wrap, although good, masked the flavor of the kabobs. The paneer kabob was flavorful as well. All the curries that I tried were delicious - chicken curry, paneer tikka masala and the mutton curry. The mutton, especially, was cooked just perfect ! Although I did not try, someone at my table got the mutton biryani and had high praises for it. Serving size was big, even the kids meal. The roti's were small, but the staff was gracious enough to get extra ones to the table. Food is good. Staff is efficient and helpful. Will definitely return. More...

Tried this restaurant for the first time. The owner was very gracious, the food was delicious, and would definitely recommend to anyone.
Ordered food as takeout. Meal was excellent with great flavor and spice. We have been looking for a really good local Indian restaurant and glad we finally found one!
I very much enjoyed the food here, it had the great flavor intensity which is usually lacking in DFW Indian restaurants IMNSHO, though was a little spicier that is fully comfortable for me. I had the mutton korma, which I am used to being a little more sweet than spicy. This was a very different korma than I was used to but it was good. I think I got confused by how much spice to order since there was no pepper symbol by it so when they said "mild, medium, as it comes" I thought it would come mild. I should have explicitly said mild. The mutton biryani was a bit too spicy for me as well, but great flavor.I definitely want to come try some other dishes but I'll be more explicit to ask for a little less spicy. More...
We ordered the Jalapeno & Olive Patty, Paneer Tikka Masala & Malai Chicken kabob. Everything was tasty and mildly spicy. Place is well-decorated, clean and modern interiors. Definitely, would recommend this place.. worth a try! More...
Great modern Indian place. Got the chicken Tikka masala since I'm a noob. Tasted great with tender chicken. Also got chicken kabob which was awesomely seasoned and really tender. Portions could be slightly more generous but overall price is reasonable. Also, I wish I could have rice and maybe one naan at no additional cost. :) More...
This is a quick serve (pay at the register) Indian restaurant with extremely prompt and courteous service. Prices are reasonable considering it is not customary to tip when paying in advance. It was $11 for my chicken vindaloo. The food was exceptionally good for my taste and the ambiance is great for someone wanting a less pretentious dining experience. Basically you pay at the register and then find a table in the dining area. The restaurant appeared clean and the food presentation was better than most Indian restaurants! I will be back. More...

Met up with friends on a Sunday afternoon around 1 PM to check out this new Indian spot. There were about a dozen people dining in and the line to order was not long at all. It's a fast casual setup so you order first, get a number then they'll deliver food to your table. Although the menu was relatively small we all had a hard time deciding what to order as we wanted to try so many things. We didn't want to be rude and hold up the line so we kept telling people behind us to jump ahead. After what felt like an eternity especially when you're hungry we ordered the Mutton Biryani, Chicken Tikka Masala Curry and Mango Lassi to share. Curry dishes come with the option of basmati rice or tandoori bread. We chose naan since we were going to get a lot of rice in the biryani and also got the Laccha Naan with coriander pesto which the server highly recommended. The spice level was also customizable and we said not spicy for everything since I get hives from eating foods that are too spicy. The lassi was pre-made so the server just pulled a cup out of the fridge for us. As we waited for the food, I tried the lassi. The mango taste wasn't as prominent as other ones I've had but still not bad. It also wasn't that sweet and leaned more towards the slightly savory side. The biryani came out first and looked delicious. Server also dropped off a fairly large bowl of a creamy green sauce. We asked what it was and he said it was a coriander yogurt sauce that goes with the biryani. We tasted the biryani by itself and it was really tasty. Then we added the yogurt sauce and that made it even better. The biryani had a kick to it and was tolerable at first but after several more bites of continuous eating my mouth was on fire. Thank goodness for the yogurt sauce and mango lassi! Ehh...I'll deal with the hives later...it's too good to stop eating. The mutton was really tender and flavorful. Portion was a good size and there was fair amount of meat. About midway through eating I looked up and was surprised at how packed the place got. There was hardly anyone there just a few minutes ago. Now people are waiting for tables. Geez...I hope this doesn't come off racist but more than half of the restaurant was now filled with people who appeared to be of Indian decent. For us, that's a positive sign that we're eating at a place that's likely authentic...woo-hoo! Curry came out next and was tasty but on the salty side. We should have gotten rice instead of naan to cut down on the saltiness. Friends also got curries and they said it was flavorful but again salty. Highly recommend the rice option if you order any curries. Overall we enjoyed the food and experience. Staff were friendly and although it did take a bit of time for our food to come out we figured it was because they were new and still trying to get the hang of things. We sat near the kitchen and from our table we could see them making fresh kabobs which was nice. We'd definitely come back for the biryani bowl and want to try the kabobs next time. Despite the salty curry this place still gets a 4 just for the biryani bowl. More...
Whenever you see locals eating there that is a good sign. Very good and delicious mutton biryani. Plenty of mutton pcs in the biryani and it was delicious. Will be there again and will need to try the other dishes. Very friendly owner. More...

Rare find like an oasis of North Indian food in Dallas in the desert of Amazing but too many South Indian and Bombay Chaat food places. Really liked the simplicity of choices and contemporary ambiance that is rightly positioned between a fast food and fine dining. More...
"O desi Aroma" (ODA) just like the unique name, the quality of food took me by surprise. I have lived in Dallas for almost 10 years now and each year my friends and relatives would visit me, I could not pinpoint one Indian restaurant that could stand as a cut above the rest. ODA is a FLAT OUT WINNER for authentic Punjabi food. (Delhi style). I judge a Punjabi restaurant by Dal makhani and it's delicious. The other items like Chicken nazakat, Haldi Gatti Murgh etc re equally yummy. What stands out is the marination, the presentation, the quality and the pricing of the food. The staff is extremely receptive. It has great options for both vegetarian and non- vegetarians. HIGHLY Recommended. P.s- I have never given a yelp review ever until today. So there :) this place is worth it. More...

So excited to try this, I forgot to take a pretty picture. Closest dish is tandoori chicken and rice - so good. This was my first time trying Indian food and I was not disappointed. It was so flavorful! The back dish is lamb vindaloo - extra spicy by request. Definitely try it out. Great service, this people really care about their product! More...
Best Indian food in Plano and Frisco. Don't be put off by the fast food style. The food is amazing and much better than any of the high end expensive restaurants.
Pretty solid place for a fast casual Indian restaurant. Definitely one of the more flavorful ones in Frisco compared to the other rando places that are so-so. I had the Kadkai Paneer and my wife had the Spinach Paneer. Both were very flavorful and had the right amount of spice. Portions were reasonable: not too small but not too big. There are definitely a lot of options though. Will be back for sure to try something different. More...
This was the first time I have ever had Indian/Pakistani food and I absolutely love...love... loved it! The ambiance of this restaurant is cultural, clean and elegant! You can tell that the owners take a lot of pride in their business by how much thought was put into the design and how clean it was. We actually had the privilege of meeting one of the owners and he was an extremely nice guy. This was the kind of owner who you root for to succeed and don't mind giving your hard earned money to. The rest of the staff was very attentive and friendly as well. The guy at the counter knew the menu really well and gave me some good first timer suggestions. Now I can finally get to the my review of the food. I started out off with the Makhani Arancini : Paneer / chicken appetizer which consisted of 5 Rice & Cheese dumplings wrapped in Panko. These dumplings were crisp and had some serious flavor in them. I could have just stopped at the dumplings and been satisfied but the Chicken Tikka Masala sounded too good to pass up. This dish which had a generous portion of food on it consisted of smoked Chicken Tikka, Coriander & Mint with Basmati rice. The chicken was extremely tender and the flavor of the dish was spot on. The yogurt dip that was delivered on the side was the perfect compliment to this dish. I almost never leave food on my plate but there was so much food that I had to ask for a box. I was fine with that because it gave me a delicious lunch for the next day to look forward to! :) The owners were very smart to put this restaurant in this booming area of Plano. There are tons of large corporations coming to the Plano/Frisco area and this could be a go to spot for people looking to get a quick, affordable and ethnic lunch. They have delivery and online ordering options as well which will be VERY convenient for employees who don't have time for a long lunch. There is also a booming Indian population in the Plano/Frisco area who will appreciate their authentic Indian & Pakistani flavors. Can't wait to see you again....and again.....and again! More...
Awesome service ,food, its just delicious, tried it on ubereats first it was so good I had to go to the location the atmosphere is just wonderful it's fun
Ordered the mutton biryani was absolutely brilliant. Also tried the seekh chicken salad which was also great. They were a little slow on the service but hey it is brand new and it takes time to get things into rhythm.
We ordered kadhai paneer, aachari paneer and chicken tikka biryani. Food was delicious, ambience and service was great. Definitely a good place to have food with your family.
Had the most amazing biryani full of flavor instead of just spices after a long time in Dallas !! Murg nazakat and chicken tikka masala were both finger licking delicious Love the concept ,portions , ambience and the service. Highly recommend Thanks Rohit!!

Excellent food. Great Service. Loved it !! Keep up the good work guys.
We really needed a place like this in Plano area! I haven't been to a place here in DFW where they serve such authentic north Indian food! Thanks for opening a place like this ODA. The ambiance is great.. and the service is amazing!! The chicken aranchini(appetizer) is really good. I have the picture attached! The chana pindi and mutton vindaloo are equally good.. reminds me of Delhi food !! The garlic parantha and the chillie oregano parantha are a must try!! Sorry, I forgot to click pictures of my entrees because it was so yummy! I also loved how great the presentation is.. it is an inexpensive restaurant but they have really given thought on presentation.. Thanks for opening a great restaurant.. we will be back soon.. I was a tad confused by the name but ended up pleasantly surprised. The portion was larger than what I expected, the meal itself was flavorful and the chicken was very tender. The only food criticism I have is the roti could have used some salt but maybe that is by design. The owner and staff were welcoming and service was good. I'll will return. More...

Amazing!!! Great concept and such tasty food . Highly recommend
Scrumptious!! Yummm!! Super food! Don't go wrong with the cafe kind setup. The portions are small but worth every bit.
Went there with my family for a weeknight dinner to try out this place for the first time based on suggestions from a close friend with a guarantee that we will get strict north Indian (Delhi) style food experience and the place did not fail!Decor: 4The place has a fresh, bright and classy feel about it. The bright orange and white colors really enliven the place. Love the beautiful wooden chairs. Food : 4We order a starter (chicken archini) a kabab (chiken tikka - skewer) and a curry dish (murgh nazakat) and each one of them were delectable. - Archini had a unique flavor and combined with the yogurt coriander sauce it tasted amazing. - Have not taste such amazing chicken tikka for a long time. It was soft, flavorful and perfectly cooked and came on a bed of rice along with some dal makhani. The taste of this dish excites me about coming back and trying the other kabab dishes on the menu. - The murgh nazakat tasted great. A white curry with cashew and with right amount of spice and soft well cooked pieces of chicken. I would have given a 4.5 here but the only reason to duck 0.5 is that the naan could have been better and the quantity, specifically for the curry could have been slightly more.Service: 3.5For any new place this is usually the biggest challenge and this place is no exception. The team was not completely conversant about the menu items and some even had difficulty pronouncing some names. I am sure it will get more efficient with time. Will definitely come back when I crave for some authentic north Indian food More...

Food was amazing! finger licking good We tried the dal makhani, murg nazhakat and the chicken tikka stir fry all were amazing
Authentic north indian taste food. The ambience is great and the menu concept is quite unique. We ordered paneer stir fry in starters and paneer makahni along with pindi chole and garlic nan for main course. Paneer Makhani was absolutely spot on and we all loved it. Chole was OK but was missing the pindi style taste a bit. Garlic naan was nice and crisp. We finished with moong daal halwa which tasted great. Above all everything tasted fresh and seems to be prepared with quality ingredients (like the paneer was really soft). Bit pricey but i wont mind shelling out once in a while. If it was little cheaper i would have flocked this place. There are very little places around plano who provide such fresh and authentic north indian taste. More...

Found a new favorite desi spot in town! Similar to the Pei-Wei concept but for Indian food. Contemporary interior and clean ambience make this a refreshing change of pace from other Indian restaurants. Portions were generous and to top it off, the customer service from the owners and the wait staff was nothing short of exceptional. Will be back! More...

Fav new desi place in town. Food, decor and hospitality, all perfect to the 't'. Must try, tempting appetizers and filling entrees, with veggie options.
The trio, new to dallas but got the taste right. The chef from IHM Mumbai brings to dallas the tandoor that we deserved. For once I can say we have chicken tikkas the way they should be. Well marinated, juicy, spicy...just right! All the best team. Thanks for the innovative menu. I will come back to taste the rest More...
I was late for lunch and looking at various choices - decided to goto O'Desi. It is a brand new restaurant - the operations are little chaotic , as you would expect from a new restaurant with brand new staff. But it was a non-issue.Food was terrific - I was a little skeptical initially about Americanized Desi food but they seem to have nailed it. Kebobs were terrific and so was the rice. The dal that accompanied them was mildly flavorful and very tasty! They have a decent variety of kebobs and curries and appetizers. Go try this place - you won't be disappointed...Bharath More...

The food was very very good. Owner was very helpful on what was in the menu. Portions were nicely sized and just spicy enough. Great place and we will return.
Best quality food... excellent service and awesome place.
Great food, they nailed the menu. Excellent setup and service. Will go again.
Similar concept to Pei Wei, but Indian food. They have tasty appetizers, classic kebabs that can be served three ways: in a salad bowl, wrap or skewered. They have seven different curries where you choose chicken, lamb, paneer or vegetables. The biryanis and desserts are also delicious. The food is prepared fresh to order and is served by a friendly wait staff. The place in clean and a refreshing change from the usual fare. More...
Good quality Indian cuisine with a fast food concept, very glad this place has opened locally!
Wide selections of naan (all of which were delicious), AMAZING curries, and ridiculously tender kabobs. Will definitely be going here more often!
