I'm very particular...picky, if you will, and I've had many house cleaners in the past. I really like Octomaids. They are always quick, efficient, and friendly, plus very detail-oriented - which is my favorite thing about them! Not only that, they're licensed and insured, use green products, and want to only do the jobs YOU want them to focus on. It's more expensive than I'm used to, having lived in North Idaho for most of my adult life, but it's on par for the area, and they're very good at what they do.I highly recommend them.And, they also don't seem to mind my old dog getting in their way. :)Thank you, Hermila. Octomaids was the only cleaning company that returned our call and we're glad they did. They came out for a free estimate and after deciding on what we wanted them to do exactly, we gave them the ok and they came out the next day and showed up on time. The house was a rental and the tenants left it a complete mess. They went through it top to bottom and worked really hard all day only stopping for lunch. The house looked amazing when they were finished. The appliances looked brand new. I can't give them enough credit for the awesome job they did! I would absolutely hire them again!! More...

I highly recommend this company!!we hired Octomaids to clean a home we were moving out of. The house was very dusty & dirty from recent renovations. The evening before our appointment, our plans changed & I requested to move date to the next day (Sunday) on a holiday weekend. The staff was very pleasant & easy to do business with. They made the changes without hesitation. The (2) ladies showed up on time & got straight to work. They did a very thorough job cleaning the inside of the cabinets, drawers, baseboards, window seals, electrical outlets, ceiling fans and top of every door frame. When the ladies finished, The owner personally came by to inspect their work. She ran her fingers over tops of shelves, door frames, etc. I believe that this was the very best cleaning svc we have ever had. Ok, so I had Norma come to my house she was very nice. She and I planned a date for her two cleaners to come clean. I left with my dogs to a family BBQ. Next morning I went in the house through my garage instantly I noticed how clean the entry was. Got upstairs. And WOW! It’s never been this clean. When I was in the trades and we seen something this nice we called it (Crisp!)

I'm not the kind of person to leave reviews but I do have to say I am COMPLETELY satisfied with this company!! Not only are they eco friendly, but they do an amazing job. I have 2 golden retrievers that shed so much and they were able to remove literally almost all of the hair. I had a great experience! I was desperate for a deep cleaning and it was so easy to set it up over email. I didn't know what to expect as I had never used a service like this before, but my cleaners went above and beyond. The patios are swept, the kitchen is spotless, my bed is made, the floor is completely cat-fur-and-dust free. The oven is super clean inside, and they even straightened up all my piles of stuff I had laying around. All the cat toys had been collected into the cat-toy basket (I forgot to pick them up myself), and she even brought my garbage & recycling bins in from the curb before she left. 100% amazing.
