What can I not say about this place that hasn't already been said OCR academy is like a 2nd home to me. The staff there are inspiring and incredible people and the camps there are fun perfect for anyone who just wants to have fun I started in the camps and now im training at OCR for a spartan race. This is an amazing gym. I have been a member since April 2019 and every class is a great time. It's never a dull moment. Other gyms are boring, not this one. The staff always seem upbeat and other members are very friendly. I think it's a prerequisite that all the staff have to dance. I was concerned when I first joined as I was pretty out of shape. No need to worry, every exercise can be modified and it's a non judgemental and supportive environment. I'm in better shape now. I used to hate burpies and now I have a healthy respect for them. There are many classes all hours during the week and a killer class on Sundays that's 90 minutes of madness. Well worth the price! Give it a shot. More...

My son (8) had so much fun there for a birthday party. There was no shortage of activities and obstacles during free play time. The kids were all entertained by the great staff. My kids got into American ninja and were delighted they could try OCR for free one night. The instructor who I think is also the owner was fabulous. We went for the open gym time as a group and ended up having the place to ourselves. It was an amazing experience, really fun to try out the stuff you see on Ninja Warrior in real life to get an appreciation for what they do. "OCR Academy" is an amazing place and great for people of all ages. It is always fun and can be tough but rewarding. I highly recommend the "Ocr Academy" to anyone at any fitness level who is physically inclined to improve their overall core strength (catered to your personal needs and fitness level) and/or interested in having LOTS OF FUN while getting a work out 'Ninja warrior' or 'Beast master' style! OCR Academy is a unique, fun, and engaging opportunity to exercise and meet some new people. The classes themselves offer enough variety to keep you engaged on a long-term basis and are scaffold to allow multiple entry points for all levels of fitness. The self-directed challenges allow you to choose how hard you want to work by increasing the weight used or by increasing the number of reps and sets completed within a given time. The instructors are engaging and will push you to do your best each and every workout. The environment as a while, including its participants, is very positive and welcoming. The addition of obstacles to the workout is a bonus and provides something fun and unique that you won't get anywhere else. The open gym time for families on weekends can be a bit hectic, but it's a nice opportunity for parents to get out and be active with their kids. It provides a fun opportunity for them to get out and learn about their bodies while being provided positive leadership and role models alongside their peers.
