Worked very well for my weight loss issue. I knew all the "how to-s" but it was threw this one time self hypnoses experience that I was able to actually do what I have to do. Danielle keyed in on my issues and fed it back to me in a fundamentally helpful manner that I wasn't able to figure out nor instill in myself alone. For my physical situation it has to be a life long commitment diet control and I don't think I would have every been able to get it together quite as simply without Danielle's little session.
