As a floating support service we supported a customer with his housing issues. To a large extent this involved the cleaning and tidying of his home. OCD cleaning were very approachable, organised and clear about what they could do and when. They were flexible to the customer's needs, listened to what needed doing and also sensitive to his situation of suddenly clearing out a lot of belongings. The service overall I found to be great and the final result exceptional. The team all worked really hard to achieve a result I never thought possible at the start of the day. Cleaning Costs:
DOMESTIC CLIENTS
£13.50 per hour; per member of staff (inclusive of VAT)
COMMERCIAL CLIENTS
£13.50 per hour; per member of staff (excluding VAT)
This includes all cleaning materials, cloths, sponges, wipes, scourers and industrial vacuum.
We work to the nearest 15 minutes so you only pay for the time you use our services, no hidden extras!
Please note we offer minimum clean booking terms. Clients within 5 miles of Huddersfield town centre can book a minimum of up to 3/5 hours depending on postcode. Clients 5 miles or more have a minimum booking order of 6 hours + to cover our costs.
Please note we are not registered to take away trade waste therefore all waste would be bagged and left on premises. For large clearances the client would be responsible for booking and paying for a skip.

As a small business we aim to recycle and donate to charity many items as we can. We hope to recycle and charity items destined for landfill. Anything not suitable for charity is recycled via Freecycle sites so nothing is wasted. Try us with your unwanted items!
