O.C.D came in to clean the oven at my convenience and their operative was knowledgeable and polite. My oven was particularly caked in baking and roasting residue and looked impossible to clean, however three hours later i had a clean and sparkling oven that i could actually see into and had a working light. Well done O.C.D
