We contacted OCD from 350 miles away on the recommendation of the warden of my brother’s flat. My brother has been in hospital for several weeks and unfortunately his freezer failed and the kitchen floor was covered in a ‘sticky gunge’. Philip (OCD) visited the flat, using the key safe, in order to give us a quote for the work.
