Hi Sian, Many thanks for your review. Its such a shame that you feel this way. Your cleaner Natasha is great, and your review stems from the fact that we asked to change your cleaning day - to which you responded with a very rude email, for no particular reason. And all this despite us going above and beyond to satisfy your requests, even after leaving our member of staff feeling extremely uncomfortable and dealing with things we aren’t employed to deal with, and more suited to a carer. Our working relationship could have been very good, we have an excellent reputation with all of our customers - but I would assume the reason you have been through so many cleaning companies in the past is the same as the experience we had when we dealt with you. We first established the business in 2014, quickly growing into what it has become today - and we couldn't be more proud!
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes, all equipment and products are provided by OCD - we aim to provide customers with a completely hassle free service.
What do you love most about your job?
The sense of satisfaction when you step back and see just how much of a difference you have made to somebody else's life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Cleaning was, and still is a huge passion of our Director, Julian. He started the business as a 'one-man band' - wanting to fill his time by doing something he truly enjoyed.
