This is the place to go if you're interested in strength training for weight loss. The team here is incredible. Every month you get a different workout plan targeting different muscles - with squats and bench being the core. I searched a lot of gyms and training options and they were either focused heavily on hypertrophy workouts or powerlifting and i wanted something in the middle. I started my weightloss at 276 and joined OBF when i was about 240 in jan 2017. It's now October and I'm 189. I trained with Chris in the group training 3x a week and he was really great. The group training was typically with 2-3 other people. He knew how to tweak exercises through injuries and work through limitations (i'm a bit too heavy for chin ups and inflexible for back squats). He pushes you hard when he knows you have more in you. He'll watch your form and give you feedback and tips on how to correct it. He also made sure I was logging my food and sticking to my macros. I was doing the keto diet which they werent too familiar with but worked around it by making sure I was still capping my calories and getting the needed protein. Can't recommend Chris and OBF enough!
