We have had our fair share of projects over the years, and have worked with many contractors. I rate Oasis in the top tier. Oasis replaced our roof & gutters, and the work was done quickly & skillfully, and at a competitive price. Jordan had excellent communication throughout (including while he was supposed to be on vacation). When there were some minor issues we wanted addressed after completion (stuff most people might not have minded, or even noticed) he continued to be fully engaged & attentive to us until we were 100% satisfied -- even though we had already paid. We had suspicion that our roof had leaked, but weren't advised on the roofs age by the previous owners. We did noticed rotted boards around the home, as well as water spots on our ceiling. Loved the presentation! Couldnt help but do business with Oasis. Production started as agreed upon and were notified of each milestone reached with the project. They made a concerted effort to make us aware of any revelations that lied beneath the re-siding process. I've had several good experiences with this company. Usually do not review but I read another review and thought I should write something. We own several properties in Seattle neighborhoods that I call "high-end rentals". Our portfolio is all turn of century homes. Oasis has performed both interior and exterior remodels on most of our projects. I am never surprised with the extra cost that come downstream when tearing into this old homes. The project managers I've worked with have billed under time + materials for dry rot and changes not in contract. The work is always done correctly. Most of time I schedule lease lapses to accommodate these larger projects and the Oasis team has never once over shot their time line (adjusted at times for everything you could imagine in homes this old). We'll keep using them for our portfolio because they seem to keep most of the work in house which is a great solution for business needs. More...
