Oakwood Station Cars

I won’t mention any of the names of the drivers, because that wouldn’t be fair. However, I would like to say that I’ve used this company on the coronation, when they could have charged double, I paid £12 Oakwood to Bounds Green. They seem good and polite enough. Try them you might like it.

** VERY BAD SERVICE DO NOT USE OAK STATION CAR SERVICE I have booked airport transfer to get home last saturday and driver 26 name is MR RASOUL ARABLOU, after he delay picking me up from airport and when i called to ask where he is, he was so rude over the phone. Then 35 min later arrived . After waiting I got in his car and i have asked him if he could stop in and shop so that I can get a bottle of water, he was rude to me and said no way I can stop on motorway. Then I said I will report his behavior to the owner . He go so upset and he stopped on motorway and demanded I pay the fare before he would complete the journey after he stopped on the high way and called the controller who is name Stewart and he advise him to drive, however he still did not take me home and I did not reach my home till 2am although I arrived LHR 10 pm ,as he took me to Oakwood staion and make me to wait in his car and I had to find alternative transport and when I try to make payment they said i can not pay with card whcih is total rubbish as i always pay them with c/c, I never seen this kind of service in my life , instead of taken me home left me on the street.. When I called today to expain and raise a complait and make a payment and report driver instead of getting sorry I was blamed . And owner Jeremy after taken my money , he made very rude comment when i demanded my receipt, he said do you understand English which was rude instead of saying sorry, he was also rude when I provide my company email address and commented about my company which was out of order. He go so upset and he try to kidnap me on the high way and called the controler guy call Stuward and he advise him to drive however still he did not take me home and i did not reach my home till 2pm as he took me to Oakwood staion and make me to wait there . I never seen this kind of service in my life , instead of taken me my home guys took me oakwoon station and left me on the street and when i asked to make payment they did not want to take any payment some reason they said i can not pay with card which i find stange as I just made payment to them over the phone with my card. When I called the station to make payment today to report this driver instead of getting sorry I was blamed . And owner Jeremy after taken my money , he made very rude comment saying do you junderstand english which was shocked being instead of sorry and when he got my work mail as i asked recipt he commnet about my company for which was out of order. These guys are hands down the best minicab service in the area. We've been using them for almost ten years for everything from short runs to airport collection and drop offs. The drivers are all friendly, cars always in good condition and clean. Most importantly, if you book them they're always on time. Good communication through the booking to arrival. Not sure if they still have an app, but they had introduced one. And although I'm sure it's a pain for drivers, they do accept card now as payment though cash is much faster to process at the end of the journey. Very professional & trustworthy. Didnt wait long for a taxi & office controller was very polite. Malik was my driver who was very polite, professional & drove safely. I will definetly use them again :)
