Great staff very helpful and knowledgeable. I got knocked off my road bike and wanted to get checked out ASAP. Managed to get a last minute appointment with David, he was great explained what was going to happen and what he was doing during the practice. Would recommend!

I started having chiropractic sessions with Karl earlier this year because of neck ache. Turns out that its cos everything else is out of whack and has been for ages. 10 appointments in and many cracking noises from most of my bones and I'm honestly loads better. I experienced a painful condition in both my heals for four years which made it difficult to walk and nearly impossible to drive on occasions. Having been told by my doctor that there was little that could be done I contacted Oakwell Health and was seen by David. 5 sessions later over approximately 2 1/2 months my pain has almost all gone in both heels and some persistent numbness in one of my heels has also gone. I really can't praise David highly enough for the healing work he's done, I only wanted to achieve one thing and that was to walk again properly without pain and I now walk and drive pain free with only minor discomfort from time to time which we hope another couple of sessions will sort out.I would thoroughly recommend David and the clinic to anyone, rarely have I encountered such a dedicated and authentic practitioner as David and his clinic and staff make the experience easy and a pleasure.Best wishesToby More...

I was referred to Karl Turner at Oakwell Health and am so glad that I was - I have MS and suffer with stiffness, fatigue and numbness in my feet and legs, amongst other symptoms. After a couple of adjustments from Karl and I felt a huge difference. Karl is a 6 foot 5'' gem of a man who has a real conviction in his practice which is reflected in the stellar of quality of th other practitioners at Oakwell. Karl recommended I see Avanita Bhavsar at the centre. Avanita is an Ayurveda doctor and I did a series of massages with her - part of the massage is having warm therapeutic oil poured on my forehead. It was amazing and had a profound affect on me. I experienced an incredible lifting of stress and gained great calm and centeredness from the treatment. Avanita has a great understanding of the human body both physical and meta physical. It comes from training in a practice of medicine that spans over 3000 years. Finally I had massage and reflexology with JoJo - it was incredible and given with such caring and consideration.What all these people have in common is a real integrity for what they are doing. It is rare that you find this much talent and genorosity of spirit in one place.
