I haven't been here yet, but I attempted to and their customer service was great! I scheduled my appointment online and a few days later I had to cancel because something came up. That same day I got a call from one of their employees asking if I wanted to reschedule and if there was anything they could do to help. The lady on the phone was really nice and understanding when I couldn't reschedule right then. Definitely on my list of places to try. More...

This place is awesome! I have been coming here for years, can't believe I did not give it a review yet. I have been successfully treated here for several issues, including back pain and sports injuries. Even when western medicine failed, and told me that "I would have to live with that", I am now pain-free thanks to the team at Oakland Community Acupuncture. Jennifer is nothing short of life-changing. Her ability to perceive and address a panoply of disparate symptoms is magic. Came here over the last 4 years. Initially to treat vertigo that didn't respond to Western intervention and finally felt relieve through intensive treatments at OCA. My vertigo has since been much better and more manageable even when it returns.I started seeing Chris about 2-3 years ago and he's AMAZING! I can see why the Golden States Warriors see him as he's nothing short of magical. I have neuroscience background and he's been able to explain all the musculoskeletal mechanisms so I understand what's going on. A few months ago I had a tailbone injury and I became immediately more mobile from less pain after being treated. With my luck i had a whiplash injury and again, Chris got me back to experiencing increased flexibility and mobility. Thank you!!! More...

I am glad to be a part of your community! From my first encounter with OCA ( I was stung in the lip by a wasp! Ouch ! !! !and it swelled to an alarming size, treatment significantly reduced the amount of time I was incopasitated ) I am truly amazed at the service to my individual needs.Last year I took advantage of the package deal offered and only have needed a few treatments in the early part of winter, and stayed healthy all year! No flu shot either.This year I again have purchased the bundle and received some help from Novell***getting over the wicked winter cold. The treatments were very productive and I still have reserved appointments shall I need them.I have a physical outdoor type job, and Acupunture has become part of my seasonal regiment! I've been to this clinic several times over the past two years, and all of the practitioners have been wonderful! I had a really bad case of sciatica last year that I thought would take months to heal (I could not walk or sleep), but, after going to the clinic 5 times in a week, the problem was gone and has not returned!
