We are so pleased to have found this gem of a B&B in Kokstad! ||Our hostess, Sophia, was so friendly, warm and welcoming and the entire experience from the time of booking to arrival and checking out was so professional and seamless. ||We were very impressed with the decor of our room, everything was exactly as expected in terms of cleanliness standards, and all the comforts of home are provided for, not to mention the beautiful garden setting.||As a frequent traveler I can highly recommend Oak Park Guest House to anyone who finds themselves in this picturesque town, we look forward to returning again and again! Just superb hosts, highly recommended.||Sophia was just so warm and hospitable.||I was initially booked at another Guest House, but that did not appeal to me so I personally dropped in at Oak Park and Rita and her team were most willing to accommodate me.

The couple we dealt with were very pleasant. The only disappointment we had was their referral to the local hotel to have dinner (on that night everything was closed). We were pleasantly surprised by Oak Park guest house. The room we got (number 9) was clean and comfortable. It had an odd staircase which led nowhere (must have been closed in a renovation) which the kids made there fort and had lots of fun playing in. The room had air-con and electric blankets so we were warm and comfortable (it gets cold in Kokstad). The bathroom was adequate, although we only used the shower as the bath appeared to be missing it's taps, which didn't really bother us. We missed breakfast as we had other plans, although it looked appealing.||||We would be happy to stay here again, suited out needs perfectly. More...
