I can not say enough positive things about this establishment. Not only is the staff knowledgeable & inspiring, but they become the family you never knew you were missing. They have equipment for every level of fitness & stay up to date on training. Regardless of whether you are starting out or a fitness veteran, goals of competing or just goals of feeling better, the staff here welcomes you with the same smile on their face. Staff are so welcoming and eager to help in any way. The child minding is amazing - they actually have ratios and if they are unable to fit your babies in they will give you alternate times that they are able to fit them in. Super easy to work with and book child minding times and it is included in your membership, not an additional cost! Free towels. No additional cost. I also LOVE their smoothies. They are definitely a weakness of mine. Equipment is super ergonomic and easy to use. Takes some getting used to but you are never bothering anyone by asking questions. Everyone knows and remembers my name. This is rewarding for a gym with a lot of members. It warms my heart when someone calls me by name and melts my heart when I get a hug from Nick and Joe. The instructors are very helpful in giving me what I need out of the class. I am unable to do a lot of poses, etc. But they take the time to give me alternate poses so I can feel comfortable in the class. I have been a member of other gyms, and I have never experienced the compassion and friendliness this gym gives freely. Thank you Joe for"finding" me again. More...

My experience at o2 Wellness has been more than incredible, simply put! I have never really been a gym goer in my 50 years. So, on the recommendation of a friend, stopped in. Clare gave me a tour, and I signed up on the spot. And very quickly signed up three of my friends, too!
