Second time I’ve had Gavin do the carpets. I really wish I’d taken a before photo because we were on the verge of getting a new carpet it was so bad (a victim of working from home with little ones during lockdown). I’m in love with it again. He got literally every mark out and it’s back to looking brand new. Also done my dining room chairs which came up brilliantly. Seeing the customers reaction after I have cleaned a sofa or a carpet that they thought would never look good again.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After working for some large companies over the years and giving them so much of my time I realised that I could be putting the same time, effort and determination into my own business and make it a success.

I am very skilled, experienced, fully trained as well as having the best and most powerful equipment. These things combined will get the best results possible and leave my customers delighted!
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I ask that customers stay in separate rooms while I work and maintain social distancing at all times. I accept contactless payment. All of my equipment is disinfected with medical grade anti bacterial/antiviral sprays after every job.
