Extremely grateful for the services of this company. I bought an electric fireplace w/tv stand console and didn't have the total means to pick it up, get it home and assembled. Although the store had two recommended contractors' cards, I chose to research and look elsewhere. I really didn't get a warm and fuzzy from the store's recommendations. I'm very glad I did look elsewhere. Monroe offered a quick response for a quote, updated info prior to and on delivery day and apparently there were a few hiccups with pick-up and assembly parts...which were handled with ease.
