Since the new site went live, cabin rentals have increased significantly, and 2018 so far is proving to be my strongest year since I began operation in 2008! Steven and his staff at O 24 Solutions are incredibly responsive to my requests and do outstanding, very professional work. Steven even took it upon himself to get my domain, saved emails and contacts transferred from Network Solutions. Their prices are extremely reasonable for website development and monthly hosting. Steven and his team at O 24 solutions have been amazing and personally responsive to all of my concerns since the day I entrusted them to update our web presence. No more so than the last few days when an email issue cropped up (if I cannot receive/answer emails, I lose business). After painstakingly verifying that the issue was not on my end or on his end, he spent over two hours on the phone with my hosting provider trying to convince them that they were the problem. They wouldn't budge, but neither would Steve. Finally they admitted they were the source of the problem and not only did I get my email fixed, I'm receiving 2 months worth of discounts from my hosting service as compensation!
