The best security company I have ever work for. NVC security always treat you like a professional person and not just a number. They accurately pay you on time unlike most security company's and the pay rate is good. The hours are decent and NVC do try their best to work around your personal life. There is a close-knit family atmosphere in the company, everyone takes the job seriously but we also know when it's ok to share a laugh and a joke. Everyone has each others back here, which makes sense as we have a lot of ex military/police professionals in our team. It was a delight to deal with NVC for our first ever charity event Jungle Groove Festival in Hathersage. We hired two stewards who arrived early to provide their services if needed. With no incidents or assistance needed, the event went swiftly with no dramas at all! In light of this we are glad to have hired the guys to be there for any 'just-in-case' scenarios. We used NVC Security for a pop-event which ran over a busy weekend in the Half Term period, in Derby city centre. The booking process was uncomplicated and Chris was always on hand for any questions I had, when taking over this project. Whilst on-site, we quickly established that we needed to up the amount of Security Staff during the night when the stand was being unmanned/unused. Chris was on the case immediately and secured us additional staffing for the remainder of the weekend. One of the Security team even helped out the Events team during the day, after working the nightshift! Chris and his team are professional and a real pleasure to work with – they put us at ease, even when we were panicking slightly. Such an excellent service. We held a launch event in a busy shopping centre (outdoors) which needed security to look after the items on display. The 2 security guards we were provided with were brilliant, they spoke to people passing by making them laugh, provided the team with suncream (as it was a very hot day), and were just lovely people.
