I contacted Simona because I wanted to loose weight and also because I had some problems with both pre-diabetes and cholesterol.
She offered me a raw diet since I live in a hotel and I do not have cooking facilities
The diet is varied and I can still eat my favourite food.
After just three months I have lost 10 kilos .Besides I do not have any problem with pre-diabetes and my cholesterol is also much better now.
