I love working with the professional coaches and trainers at Fire & Ice CrossFit West. I started this new health journey four months ago and am feeling stronger, with a higher level of energy, endurance, and stamina. I look forward to continuing with CrossFit West. I met Coach Marcel about 18 months ago. I first started out doing one on one personal training but quickly developed a love for CrossFit and transitioned away from my regular gym to Fire & Ice. What can I say other than that Coach Marcel, Coach Jess, and all the other coaches are great. The community of members is great. I meet each client at where they are at in their fitness level and come up with a program to meet their goals. Every session will consist of a warm up, a specific skill lesson, workout and cool down.

Nutrition is the base to everything. You cant out train a bad diet.

I love to see when the client I’m working with reaches a goal they’ve set, or start to feel better than before because they’ve been exercising and making better lifestyle and nutrition choices.

I want to help people to prevent chronic disease through nutrition and fitness. I am a Certified Sports and Exercise Nutrition Coach from Precision Nutrition as well as a Crossfit Level-1 trainer and a Certified Health Coach from The Institute of Integrative Nutrition.

Becuase I’m going to help you reach your goals by coaching you to make sustainable, lifestyle habit based changes to your routine that will ensure you see long term results.

Services

30 min sessions - $45
60 min sessions - $70

A session will consist of a warm up, a specific skill lesson, workout and cool down.

1-1 personal training plus nutrition consultation, meal plan, and biometric reading.
