I am a Naturopathic Nutrition Advisor who looks at all areas of health to create a tailor made plan with a client. I help the client to understand how they can achieve the best health they can via nutrition and get a good balanced diet. I continue supporting the client with a full report explaining my advice including a simple guide to pin on the fridge! Clients can also keep in contact with me after our session to support them as they get going. Working with clients we have achieved over coming many health issues without it feeling like too much of a challenge. My clients include children right up to my eldest client who is 96! I am also a Hydrotherm Massage practitioner and have my own treatment room.
