So glad I chose Scott. I wasn’t sure what I wanted and he went through different ideas with me until I was happy.
I was amazed how quickly he transformed my garage to a self contained living space .
I had a vision in my head, but it well exceeded my expectations.
He is a perfectionist without a doubt and I would recommend him to anyone.
He left everything spotless before leaving everyday.
I was more than happy for him to be a key holder.

Working with Scott from Hulston designs was a pleasure. I was really nervous about attempting a build project without a bloke to advise. I called a few over but kept getting fobbed off with ridiculous quotes. Scott was brilliant- he took the time explaining to me what he would do and answered all my many questions. He liaised with me on different aspects to talk the design through on my garage conversion. He arranged the sign off to make sure building regs were followed. He completely project managed the conversion and everything went as planned and no financial surprises. I LOVE the result and would have him back to do the next project. Scott really valued customer satisfaction but equally his experience makes sure the quality of workmanship and final finish is excellent. Completely trust-worthy -not commonly found. How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
Most garages are suitable to convert and are generally covered under permitted development rights , building regulations are needed to convert your garage as it is deemed a change of use . Its a straight forward procedure and can be taken care of by us , as well as all aspects of your build .

Submit a building notice to our approved building control inspectors
Commence work
Simple conversations can take as little as 7 to 10 days from start to finish
All work is inspected at key stages by building control to make sure everything complies to industry standards .
Once complete all relevant certificates are issused to building control and the job is sign of by them you receive your certificate of compliance
