Although friendly, the team who did my lawn clearly aren’t skilled enough to be doing so. We had to call them back to correct a very dodgy border (photo taken the day after completion), which they did straight away but 2-3 weeks later we noticed more issues. One of the new stone borders has no membrane down as they came back to do them in a rush & so weeds are growing straight through them. We had the lawn relaid due to a weed problem & the weeds were coming through the new lawn within 3 weeks which I have now been informed by several other professional landscapers should not be happening if the correct work has been done prior to laying the new turf and we will likely have to have the work done again. The lawn is looking lovely and green so it is a real shame about the other problems. I have reached out to try and resolve this but have been declined any partial refund and no offer of rectifying the problem & so can’t recommend these for new turf or weed problems. More...
