Finally a professional tv specialist that knows (and cares) what he's doing. After 6 years putting up with a diy aerial istalled by the previous owners of our house, and a "Bodge-it and Scarper" job a couple of years ago by another firm Brian called in, assessed the job's requirements, returned in a couple of daysto sort out the mess. From a screwed up system with no ITV service, pixelated viewing and scrambled reception we now have 4 fully functioning tv's (from rather old to state of the art) 1 fully functioning freesat dish and 2 fully functioning sony hdd recorders - all channels firing on all cylinders. Well what can I say, simply spot on, faultless, professional and genuinely really pleasant guy. I contacted Brian explaining the issue we had with our property and after a few messages back and forth we arranged a suitable appointment time for him to pop round and take a look. True to his word and he arrived bang on time, was immensely friendly and felt like I’d know him for years. So I explained what was happening or what wasn’t happening more to the point, Brian sprang into action and in a matter of minutes he’d worked out what the problem was confirming his first thoughts by popping into the loft. Fully explained what was needed to fix the issue and the price, said he could do it straight away if I would like it doing. Said crack on my friend and within 15mins the job done TV working as it should. Good news for Brian as he wanted to watch the football, fully tidied up after himself not a trace for rubbish was left and so far so good.
